The location near the river and bike path was great. The house was more then big enough for a family of four. Very quiet area of Sunriver.

It was a really lovely property that was close to the river. Kitchen was very well stocked and there were tons of bikes so we didn't need to rent. While the VIP passes are great, SHARC passes would make this property and 5 star stay. Also the furniture and setup is a little outdated and hard to entertain. However, overall this place was great for us!!!

We loved this house for our family vacation. We had three married couples with some kids. The beds were all very comfortable. The showers were great! There were three shower, one with the bathtub. Everything you needed in the very large kitchen. We cooked all our meals but two there. The bikes were great and we road bikes every day! Tons of games to play and movies to watch (but who would have time for tv)? We were on the huge back porch a lot. It was very nice!

This was our second stay at this very comfortable house. The kitchen is well equipped - clearly a cooks kitchen. The furniture, beds and bedding were all very comfortable. The loft served as a comfortable fourth bedroom. The house was very clean with one minor issue which we reported to the property manager. We enjoyed the bikes and helmets provided, proximity to bike paths along the river, and had a fun hike in the nearby national forrest. The deck and deck furniture were also great. Planned our trip at the last minute and this was available. House is a great place for 6-8 folks and has basic accommodations. 3 bedrooms and bed in the loft (open to family room and get noise from downstairs). Great room was nice to sit and visit and house is somewhat isolated from neighbors. 2 bathrooms. No hot tube which is typically what we look for. We enjoyed this spacious home very much. It's the perfect home for entertaining and could easily accommodate 2 families. This was our third stay in Sunriver using Village Properties and they never disappoint. The homes are well furnished, clean, and comfortable.
