Perfect sized home for our family.

This was a perfect sized home for our family. 7 adults and two children (1 dog). The pictures represented the home very well. Not shown are two outside tables with 12 chairs on the deck. A great gas grill on the deck as well. Communication was great. If only the property mangers could have controlled the wild fires and air quality. AC would have been a plus but it seems that may not be the most common thing to have in the area. We visited mid July so we knew full well it would be hot. There are fans for every room and it was bearable. Overall, we would rent this unit again in the future.

Clean, But Needs Maintenance

The home was clean and well-stocked with towels, blankets, pillows, pool towels, etc. We enjoyed the hot tub, garage games, Wii, and back patio. Host was very fast at communicating if I needed anything, A couple of things were more our own preference than the fault of the property. The home felt smaller than expected from the photos, and it was farther from the village and pool than we typically prefer, so we ended up driving more than biking.The reason for our lower rating was the number of maintenance issues. Several bikes needed repairs or had flat tires, some outlets didnt work, a few sinks drained slowly, and the master shower made a loud noise when used. The living room carpet is worn and curled in places, creating a tripping hazard, and some furniture could use updating. We also found dirty diapers left in the outdoor trash can. We knew there was no AC, but the biggest issue was that two of the upstairs bedrooms stayed very warm and were uncomfortable for sleeping. I dont have room to write more of my review..Overall, its a nice home. We appreciated the extra bedrooms and amenities, but for the price, we expected a more polished experience.

We had an amazing stay! The home was lovely and clean! There was plenty of towels, dishes, cooking items, and even some spices and other small kitchen food items. I would recommend checking out what they have before you go shopping. The garage games and bikes were a huge hit with the kids! And it was so fun being able to eat outside on the beautiful deck. We will definitely be returning at our next stay in Sunriver!

The house is extremely well stocked! Plenty of towels and dishes and pots/pans for cooking. All the beds were super comfy and the house felt very spacious. We were there with 3 families and 4 kids. We loved the game room in the garage and all the fun things for the kids to do in their own separate space, while the adults chilled in the living room and kitchen. Great window shades for the picky little sleepers and the rooms insulated the sound well when the youngest would cry in the morning. Only issue we had was that the wifi log-in info we were given through the check-in message was wrong, but we found the correct info for the wifi in the guest book quickly. We could walk or bike to the grocery store with the kids and pick up snacks or treats. The road felt very safe and near a cul de sac for the kids to ride bikes. No A/C but the house had an ample supply of tower and box fans for each room. Heat wasn't an issue for us though, since it was April. Would stay again!

This was my families first Christmas being away from home and it was amazing! There was enough space for everyone. Mark and Amy were very helpful and responded to all my questions. This is a spacious home with everything you and your family need for a fabulous vacation - lots of space to spread out, close to a little store, well-equipped kitchen, SHARC passes for everyone, lots of bikes, great hot tub. Four families of 25 stayed at 2 homes for 1-week. Beds very comfortable and bikes, games, passes for kids. They don't provide shampoo however. When anything needed service, we made a call and the need was attended to immediately. Plan to return in the future.

The back deck was very nice and large and faces East so you get the afternoon shade for your BBQ. Great location and privacy. Would rent this house again!

This place was great and in a really good location. It fit our family of 11 amazingly well. The place was sparkling clean when we arrived. The kitchen was well stocked and the garage was an absolute blast! Foosball, table tennis, air hockey and bikes were all great! Oh and the deck and hot tub were awesome as well. Great place to hangout. Will try and return in the future.

Great house for our group of 6. It was one big living space with comfy furniture. Kitchen was well stocked for holiday cooking. Loved the small table in the living room because we did puzzles and could watch tv and enjoy the fire at the same time. Beds and bathrooms were good. Extra blankets were nice. Handy that the north grocery store was close enough to walk to. Loved playing the games that were in the garage. My only complaint is that the deck, while large, was not closed in as seen in pictures. We chose this house because of wanting to be able to have the dogs outside and contained. That was not the case and it was a pain to have to keep taking the dogs outside. -Vrbo Review

This is a beautiful home and had all the extras you would need for your stay. It does not have AC so in July was a bit hot and at times uncomfortable. That was the only negative. Fans were provided so helped a little. Would stay here again! - Korina G. from Kennewick

This house was perfect for our senior class trip, we had a small class of 11, 10 of which were able to attend the trip. The house was perfect for us, the weather was rainy but all of the fun games in the garage were a huge hit as well as being able to sneak in a couple of bike rides while the rain subsided.
