Once you refer a homeowner, our experienced team of professionals will reach out to them to start building a positive relationship. Our top priority is ensuring our homeowners are assured that they are receiving the best care for their home while getting maximized bookings and revenue. Step 1
Connect your client with the VPS team.
Connect your client with our Vacation Property Manager, Nicole, who can be reached at:

She will provide your client with a customized gross revenue projection for their home and help them learn more about our full-service property management program.
Step 2
Complete the referral form below.
Once your client signs on with Village Properties at Sunriver, you will receive a referral bonus based on the type of home your client has:
- Classic Homes: $1000
- Luxury Homes: $2500
Your payment will be made within 30 days after your client signs their contract and they get their first reservation booked (terms and conditions apply – please contact us for more details.)

Choose how your bones get paid to you! Your way of payment can be received in:
- Cash Payout
- Vacation credit towards a stay in one of our vacation rentals
- Credit towards upgrades for your home (if you’re a homeowner on program with us.)

Referral FAQ’s
How much is the Referral Bonus?
Village Properties pays $1,000 for Classic Homes and $2,500 for Luxury Homes. Anyone can make a referral and get these bonuses if the referral qualifies.
Village Properties conducts an in-house walkthrough using a standardized assessment to determine if the property qualifies as a Classic or Luxury home.
Can someone other than a Real Estate Broker submit a referral?
Anyone can submit a referral and get the bonus so long as the referral qualifies. You can even self-refer and still get the bonus!
Can Real Estate Agents and others self-refer?
Yes. Anyone is eligible for a referral bonus for referring their property to Village Properties at Sunriver; including any legal entity to which they have an ownership interest.
