Welcome to Sable Rock Villa, a spacious and elegant craftsman-style retreat nestled in Central Oregon’s exclusive Caldera Springs community near Sunriver. Thoughtfully designed for large groups, this luxury estate sleeps up to 14 and offers both privacy and connection with its three-suite layout centered around a stunning outdoor patio.

The heart of the home is its resort-style patio featuring a private hot tub, fire pit, hammock, ample seating, and a bar with a BBQ and outdoor TV—perfect for entertaining. Inside, the open-concept living space boasts a chef’s kitchen with dual refrigerators, a butler’s pantry, and a cozy parlor with a wood-burning fireplace.

Sable Rock Villa includes multiple suites for comfort and space. The primary Master Suite features a king bed, gas fireplace, soaking tub, and reading nook with panoramic windows. A second Master offers a private office—ideal for workcations—plus a king bed, fireplace, and ensuite bath. A shared lounge between them includes a kitchenette, wet bar, and game table that converts to a standard dining room table.

The second suite includes a family room with entertainment center, a king bedroom, and a kid-friendly bunk room—each with its own bath. Across a covered walkway is the third suite: a converted game lounge with pool, ping pong, foosball, arcade games, paddleboards, and a full wet bar. Attached is a dorm-style bedroom with heated floors, L-shaped trundle bunks, a queen bed, and an adjacent fire pit patio.

The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. This was the perfect set up for our multi-family get together. The game room was really fun, plenty of bikes and in good shape for cruising. Beds were so comfortable and we were amazed at how quiet it was from space to space. The outdoor area between the buildings was our main hangout spot. The main kitchen and living room is small, but open so it felt bigger than it was. We were very happy with our stay and would book here again for sure.

This was hands down the best rental for 4 families. It had 4 separate areas of the house that each had generously sized bedrooms with extra sleeping areas for children, multiple family rooms/entertainment areas, and several outdoor areas. We had a lovely stay at this gorgeous home! There was so much room to spread out and the house had everything you could think of. Bikes, paddle boards, golf clubs. pool, ping pong, darts, miles and miles of gorgeous walking trails. The nearby pool was beautiful and the hot tub on the property worked well. Th house was well stocked with everything you may need. We would absolutely come back to this wonderful home and immaculate neighborhood.

This is a huge house with space for everyone. It is tastefully decorated with comfortable beds and sofas. There's one small kitchen equipped with basics and three wet-bar-style kitchenettes. The kitchen and dishwasher are adequate but not set up for cooking, serving, or cleaning for the number of people the house accommodates. Some of the bedrooms were chilly and hard to heat. There was plenty of space to spread out, and we enjoyed the fun family garage with ping pong, pool, and arcade games. If you're looking for a large, comfortable space for a group and don't plan to do a lot of cooking, this is the house for you!

This place is BREATHTAKING! It accommodated my group of 10 friends so well. This house is so spacious and had everything we needed. From the game room, jacuzzi, washing machines, movie room, poker table to being only 30min away from the slopes was just a cherry on top. We enjoyed every minute of this home and would come back in a heartbeat. We are very thankful for Mark and Kate for giving us this opportunity to stay at their beautiful, cozy home. It was worth every penny!

This was our second time staying here for the Thanksgiving holiday season. It was just as incredible as the first time. The home is beautiful, spacious, and well equipped. My family and I absolutely loved staying here and will do it again. The surroundings are peaceful and private, with nice paved walkways to enjoy the trees and waterways.

The space was fantastic. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Only issues we ran into were that it smelled of cigarettes inside sometimes and there was hookups for laundry in one of the bedrooms and it smelled like sewage occasionally. Several of the bikes had flat tires (but that was taken care of) and most of the darts, foosball table and pool cues were broken. Otherwise a very comfortable and delightful stay. We loved riding bikes and playing pickle ball in the neighborhood. Kitchen is very well stocked. I would gladly come back again.

This was for our 50th wedding anniversary, and we had 10 people staying in the home, three families total. We enjoyed our stay very much, the sleeping arrangements were perfect as they were divided into three separate suites plus mini bunkbeds adjacent to the large play area in the garage. It was perfect. The only comment I would make has to do with the outdoor patio area. There were no pads or pillows on the chairs or lounges, and it would’ve been nice to have seen a few pots with flowers here in there. this was minimal compared to our excellent experience. We will definitely return.

Had a wonderful holiday with my family This home was absolutely beautiful. The check in process was very easy and the hosts were very responsive. This property was very spacious, each room was large, some with their own fireplaces. The bathrooms felt like personal spa retreats. The game area was a hit with my family, we all had a blast playing pool, ping ping, etc. I would absolutely stay here again.

This was a beautiful spacious home with many wings for our family to spread out and yet had well apportioned common areas for us to use together. There was even a separate office area. The hosts had provided everything that we needed from generous dishes, pans and loads of towels. Beds were comfortable and featured quality sheets with extra pillows available. The appliances were all new, 4 refrigerators to serve all our needs, and a tremendous outside area to enjoy meals and relaxing as well. The fire pits were great fun and added memories. The amazing garage featured air conditioning and held bicycles, helmets, extra pedals and a pump, a pool table, darts, ping pong, poker table, a refrigerator, restroom and even an extra bedroom. Walking paths, bicycle paths, lakes and beautiful scenery were great. We made some great memories here and everyone was reluctant to leave.
