The condo is in a wonderful location

The condo is in a wonderful location - right next to the bike trail, overlooking the beautiful golf course and close walking distance to The Village. The interior is so cute and rustic. Kitchen amenities were more than plentiful (although we did not do any cooking while there). It's the perfect size for a family. The noise from the bike riders can be a little loud at times, but it didn't bother us :). Overall we loved staying there and will absolutely consider it next summer when we return to Sunriver. Thank you for a very enjoyable visit!

The house from Village Properties was excellent--sparkling clean, incredibly comfortable, and exceptionally well-equipped with everything we needed for a perfect getaway. Fantastic Stay

We had a fantastic stay at Wildflower #40, other than we never received our order for 4 feet of snow. I’ve been coming over to Central Oregon for 50+ years (lived in John Day a short time for my 1st USFS permanent position & have been trying to convince my better half to move to Bend for nearly 25 years) & I can’t remember seeing so little snow. Nevertheless, it was great stay. It wasn’t the 1st time we’ve stayed at #40. In fact we’ve stayed at 5+ different Wildflowers & will NEVER go back to the one with a hot tub in the master bedroom. This was the 1st time we’ve rented a Wildflower when it wasn’t through Sunriver Resort. Other than not getting our order for snow, the only issue we had was the down stairs tv’s having a hard time staying connected to the wi-fi, requiring frequent rebooting or waiting for a long time to it to reconnect. Other than that, I am completely baffled by the 2 strips of velcro on the upstairs, front window.

Great location! Close to the village and the SHARC, all important places when you come with kids. There was some confusion with the check in time. When I booked, it had been approved for a 1pm check in. Upon arrival, the condo was still being cleaned and we were informed that though AirBNB approved the 1pm check in, the condo management did not. Very confusing (writing this for future guests to confirm with the management company about an early check in, not with what AirBNB approves). They were very responsive to my inquiry when we arrived early. Otherwise, fantastic place -- clean, relaxing, great spot!

The kitchen in this unit has been recently updated in modernized, which was very nice! Even though we stayed in the beginning of August, it got very cold one night and we were able to build a fire in the fireplace, with wood provided. A bike rental shop was nearby for us to rent bikes so that we could enjoy all the trails. We needed creamer and bacon, and it was a short walk to the grocery store.

We love staying at the Wildflower condos because of their close proximity to the Village, but we have never stayed in one that has been updated so beautifully! The kitchen is awesome and really spacious. There is an adorable little nook that our daughter opted to sleep in during our stay even though the bedrooms are spacious and had plenty of room. It felt like a special little fort…definitely a big hit if you have little kids! This place is wonderful for families and you cannot beat the location! We will definitely be back.

Wildflower 40 in Sunriver-- We enjoyed our stay here! It was walkable to the Sunriver Village and the SHARC. The space was large and well kept, including the beds and very spacious, beautiful kitchen! Mark was kind and helpful. A couple things to note with the space-- the AirBNB listing indicated a/c, however when we arrived there was a note stating there was no a/c and there were fans in the closet. Mark was responsive and helped with the issue. Further, there are many levels to the space-- with the kitchen/living on one, and the bedrooms/bath on another. It made a bit challenging with a toddler. Finally, we were a bit bummed with the provided pieces to the home-- we have stayed at a home in Sunriver with Ziplocks, liquid hand soap for washing hands, shampoo/conditioner, band aids which is nice when we travel in the summer. However, there was none of this. There was ample towels and extra bedding though! Thank you for a nice stay, Mark!
