This 4,054 sq. ft., 4 bedroom, 5 bath home located on the North end of Sunriver comes with amazing views of the Woodlands Golf Course. This home features a gourmet kitchen with everything you need to cook meals, a large dining room table for the whole family to dine together with additional seating at the kitchen bar. The house also includes a reading nook, perfect for cozying up with a book, looking out at the Golf Course. The living room and reading nook both have new couches that are comfortable and perfect for cozying up with a book and glass of wine or watching the golfers go by.

For guests visiting us with an electric vehicle, there is an EV-compatible charging outlet (14/50 240v 40 amp) with a dedicated circuit available on site. EV Guests will need to bring their own charging cord and plug (and adaptor for Teslas).

Inside 30 Red Cedar you will find vaulted ceilings, a pool table, lots of space to gather, and each room comes with its own bathroom! Located on the main level is the main master bedroom with a king bed. Also on the main level has a queen room and a room with two twin beds. The twin beds have new mattresses that were purchased in 2023.

Head upstairs and you will find the second master bedroom with a king bed, and a large bathroom with soaking jacuzzi tub, shower and toilet.

Additionally upstairs is the loft. The loft includes two twin trundle day beds, with new mattresses and an additional tv seating area, perfect for the kids to play games. Sleeping up to 4. Portable air conditioning is available in the summer time and will be set up prior to arrival.

Enjoy the 35 miles of paved bike trails with the 4 bikes included in this rental. Venture off to explore Sunriver and beyond! Afterword's, head home for a BBQ on the back patio watching the sunset with the family! Finally wind down from your busy day in Sunriver, and sit back and relax in the private hot tub on the back patio, star gazing up at the sky. This home is located in a National Dark Sky Community. You will not be disappointed.

Great cabin like home that feels homey. Great location and close to the village in Sunriver! Plenty of space for big families or friend groups to gather :) Lots of kitchen supplies to cook home meals with as well!

Great Time Had By All

Our family of 11 came for a birthday weekend. We love this rental - so much room for everyone. The book nook was especially fun for the kids. We enjoyed the game table for cards. The hot tub was perfect for the cold nights. Plenty of towels, and a nicely stocked kitchen. Clean, comfy and warm when we arrived. We were able to go to the HighDesert Museum with the passes. We will definitely choose this rental again in future.

4th of July Family Reunion

The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. The location and size was great for our family reunion to celebrate 4th of July and birthdays (ages 12-83). There were beds for everyone and the house had most of what we needed. For those with older family members: The multitude of steps proved to be a challenge and safety hazard and recommend a banister around the game areas and open stairs to prevent falls. Also an easy upgrade suggestion to full bathroom doors rather than a shower doors would make a huge difference. Otherwise it was a great week!

Unique, Interesting, & Fun

We had a wonderful time celebrating my birthday with friends. We thought the unique layout was interesting but fun. Loved using the pool table, ping pong table, bikes and hot tub. The board game selection could use an update as there are lots of missing pieces or older games. But it was so pleasant, deer playing on the golf course and a quiet neighborhood just made our stay so enjoyable. Would stay again!

Great overall experience. Day - 1 All is well. Place was clean, hot tub warm.Day 2 - The garbage instructions need to be very clear as to what the tenant is responsible for. I received four notifications (two via. text and two emails) and there's also instructions posted inside the house as well. Some instructions say that the side of the driveway needs to be cleared for the "garbage truck" and some say clear for "garbage can" pick up. We had one large truck (not an RV) and three SUVs non of which could be parked on the street in Sunriver and not enough room to fit all of the vehicles on one side of the driveway so a garbage truck would have access. After calling multiple times we ended up taking a picture of the access to the garbage enclosure and texting it to Village Properties for approval. All 12 of us planned on leaving that morning at 6:00AM to join another party at the trailhead for a mountain biking trip, we finally left at 10:00AM. We received confirmation after flagging down the garbage truck driver, then received confirmation from Village Properties requesting approval of the photo that we sent.Day 3 - After asking where the SHARC passes were located we were informed by the Village Properties representative that this property did not include the passes however, we could pay for the passes and we would be reimbursed up to $250?We didn't go.Says your stay would automatically include...In addition to these amenities, guests of Red Cedar 30 with Village Properties at Sunriver, your stay will automatically include:- SHARC Recreation Plus Passes provides access to:- SHARC Indoor and Outdoor Pool- SHARC Disc Golf Course- SROA Tennis & Pickleball courts (with reservation)- SROA Boat Launch- 10% off bikes at Village Bike and Ski- 33% off at Widgi Creek Golf Course (please pick up vouchers at our office)Day 4 - Sad to leaveIn All - The house is great and Sunriver is great. Help with clearing obstacles, not so great. Just felt like a change of plans for a very large group of people, twice. I guess it would not have been so bad if we only had two people, but we would not have stayed in SR.

This home is a perfect one for a large group! We were a party of 3 families all ages 14 and up! Everyone had their own space and lots of room for gathering! The pool table area in the center of the house was perfect for everyone to hang out around and visit! The outdoor area was perfect with lots of outdoor furniture for everyone! We had more family staying in another vrbo home in the neighborhood and both homes collided here for a Saturday night bbq! 25 people comfortably mingled and visited with all the space indoors and out available! We will definitely remember this house when we come back to Sunriver to visit and pray it's avaialble! Thanks so much for everything!
