Welcome to Quelah 10, a beautifully remodeled 5-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom luxury retreat located directly on Lake Aspen in Sunriver, Central Oregon. With stunning lake views, 3,856 sq. ft. of living space, and air conditioning, this spacious home is perfect for family vacations, group getaways, or holiday gatherings—just minutes from Bend and Mt. Bachelor.

Every bedroom features its own private bathroom, offering comfort and privacy for all guests. Two luxurious upstairs king suites boast log-style beds, fireplaces, walk-in closets, and access to a shared upper deck with porch swings—ideal for watching sunsets over the lake. The primary suite also features a dual fireplace, soaking tub, and walk-in shower.

The main level showcases a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, dining room, and living room—all with breathtaking lake views. Downstairs, enjoy a second family room with a fireplace, large flat-screen TV, and a DVD library for cozy nights in. The kids' bunk room sleeps 6 comfortably and includes two bunks, two trundles, and entertainment options.

Amazing week in Sunriver at Quelah 10!

Quelah 10 is a lovely home and worked well for our multi-generational group of nine. Each family had their own bedroom which had an en suite bathroom (this home provides shower/bath amenities.) The dual room fireplaces were magical! The super comfy beds were enjoyed by everyone in our group. We enjoyed many meals gathered around the dining table which can seat 9-10 guests; there are also bar stools if your group is larger. The gas stove/range is a workhorse and we also had fun cooking with the Weber gas grill with additional side burner. Quelah 10 is most likely the finest home we’ve rented over the course of several decades of visiting Sunriver. The premier location affords easy access to the bike path, a short walk or ride to the Nature Center/observatory, fast access to The Village, SHARC, golf courses, stable, marina and Sunriver Resort. Be certain to reserve time for your group at Quelah 10, just save a week for our group! 🌲🛶⛳️🐴

Great April Break

This home had more than enough room for our two families. Clean, SO comfortable and spacious, perfectly set up for kids and teens to hang out in their own spaces. The kitchen and outdoor grill were well-appointed with everything we needed, and we cooked full meals twice a day. The two primary suites made it so no family had to compromise on space or privacy. Highlights of our stay included morning coffee on the deck swings surrounded by a beautiful soundscape and vista, epic ping pong battles, hot tub lounging, and easy access to SHARC, the Village and the pickleball courts. Would stay here again!

One of our favorite homes we have ever stayed in with a group. Spotless. Beautiful pond view off the large deck. Safe circle in the driveway that kids could ride bikes on. Only wish was that it provided adult bikes.

The house was beautiful. Gorgeous master bedrooms and baths. One of the bedroom tvs did not work, and we would have loved a few games, and a blue tooth hook up to go with the speakers. But other than that, facilities were great! Beautiful location! We had a wonderful, comfortable stay!

We had a wonderful stay. We enjoyed how thoughtfully designed this home is for spending time together. One of our favorite aspects was the layout. We could be in the living room, dining room, or kitchen and still feel connected to everyone, which made it perfect for a group gathering. The multiple fireplaces added a cozy feel. It was a plus that every bedroom had its own bathroom. The hot tub was nice and clean! We also loved the location. Being able to walk to the village for shopping and ice skating was a huge plus, and the nearby nature conservatory made it easy to enjoy peaceful walks and the surrounding scenery. Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay, and we would gladly return.

Perfect House

This was the perfect house for our annual getaway with friends. The view was unmatched and gorgeous. The house was perfect for our large group and we were all able to spread out easily. The walk in closets in most rooms were incredibly helpful to provide a private mini bedroom for our several babies. A pack and play fit nicely in them. Management was also so friendly and easy to communicate with. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We really enjoyed our stay. Having a bathroom in each bedroom was a huge bonus. We loved spending time out on the deck. I would recommend bringing a few camping chairs so you can take full advantage of the deck. In the morning the sun is on the side where there is no furniture. You can also bring chairs into the SHARC.
