We had a wonderful stay over new years! The house comfortably slept 9 adults and two children. We easily cooked meals each night in the large kitchen and had all necessary supplies. The kids loved the house and all the toys. The hot tub is huge with plenty of room for several people. We hope to stay again this summer!

A Fun Thanksgiving

We spent five days over Thanksgiving at this home. We had six adults and four children, the youngest just 5 months old. It is a lovely home with a lot of space. The kitchen is large with a huge pantry that held all of our non-perishables. There is a large refrigerator in the kitchen, and a bonus frig in the garage. Plenty of space for all those extra beverages and Thanksgiving staples. We were able to park three vehicles (two trucks and a full-size SUV) in the available space. The primary suite upstairs is amazing. A separate toilet and shower room with dual sinks in the other part of the bathroom. There is an additional king suite upstairs that is nicely furnished. The only complaint about that room was that the toilet is rather low. Inconvenient for those who are 6 foot 4. The loft with the game table, gas fireplace and TV is a good second living space. The kids room was really well-equipped. We had a couple of minor injuries on the slide, so we told the kids they had to stop using it. The bunks in the room are built in, and each has a reading light. Very nice touch. There are a lot of toys available and videos for the kids. The laundry is in the kids room, which is a little odd but it works. You just have to finish your laundry before they go to bed. My husband and I had the downstairs bedroom and bath. The bathroom was fine, but the bed was barely 22 inches high. That was rather hard for us 70+ year olds to climb out of. If I had one recommendation for the homeowners, it would be to put a box under the mattress to elevate the bed. The home is very comfortable, clean, and nicely furnished. The dining table easily sat nine people, three of whom were children. There are five dining chairs and a large bench. It worked for us. The outside deck is pretty small so probably wouldn't work as well during the summer with 10 people. The other downside for us is that the open staircase to the second story, which is lovely, probably wouldn't work well for toddlers and maybe pets. We have both.

This was a family vacation; originally there was going to be 11 of us, but it turned out to be just 7, which was still wonderful. We were so impressed with your beautiful home (gorgeous kitchen!) and surroundings! So much to do in Sunriver , so relaxing & fun. A great getaway from our everyday lives. My grandson and his friend (both 12) absolutely loved the bunkroom with the slide down from the upper bed, and the air hockey! The ping-pong in the garage was a hit for everyone, and of course, the hot tub was enjoyed by all. We just loved everything about it. Also so wonderful to have 2 primary ensuites (with balconies!), and also 3 bedrooms with king size beds.

Perfect house for our multi-generational family. The bunkbed kid room and playroom were amazing. The decor and bedrooms were beautiful and very comfortable. My grandson wanted to buy the house and live there forever. The only disappointment was the bikes. Only 2 adult bikes and one was not in good working order. While riding it, the chain fell off and I crashed. I have bruises all over my leg and arms. We would love to rent again and will rent bikes next time.
