17166 Crane Drive is a custom built log cabin on the Big Deschutes River, with air conditioning.

Escape to Central Oregon with a stay at Crane Drive 17166. A gorgeous, custom-built log home situated on the banks of the Big Deschutes River. Just eight minutes away from the resort community of Sunriver and 25 minutes from Mt. Bachelor Ski Area, this location is perfect for skiing, snowmobiling, hiking, mountain biking, fishing, restaurants, shopping, and more.

Whether you want to fill your days with activities or simply relax with a good book on the sun deck as the river flows by, this vacation rental has it all. During the summer months, you can take a raft or canoe down the river, or explore world-class mountain biking, fishing, rafting, and hiking nearby. In the winter, you can easily access skiing at Mt. Bachelor, as well as snow play, sledding, and snowmobile parks.

Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, as well as a cozy living room with a river rock gas log fireplace and large flat screen TV. The upstairs bedrooms boast a queen-bed in each and sliding doors that lead out to the oversized deck with stunning river views. Downstairs, the game room features a wet bar with a microwave and small refrigerator, foosball table, poker table, TV, DVD player, and stereo. There are three bedrooms downstairs, including one king, one with two twin beds, and one with two sets of bunk beds. Outside, an immense paver stone patio leads to a private hot tub and pathway to the river.

Wildlife surrounds you all year long, making it easy to relax and unwind from the moment you step through the door of this true Central Oregon getaway. This home comes with boat ramp access at the Snow Goose Marina parking lot. A great place to swim or to launch your Kayaks.

Was a great place to stay with our friends. The kitchen was well stocked and outdoor amenities were great- we enjoyed the river access and hot tub too! Would definitely recommend to those staying in and around Bend.

Beautiful house with plenty of room and an amazing backyard that meets the river. There were awesome amenities- would love to take a vacation here, unfortunately we were here for work, but it was an awesome retreat at the end of the day.

Just an overall fantastic stay! The home was very well stocked with everything we needed to prepare a delicious holiday meal. We felt very toasty cozy in front of the stone fireplace. The hottub worked perfectly and felt amazing after a long day of being on Mt Bachelor. We even enjoyed getting out on the creek, which was so relaxing. We would recommend this home. We had a wonderful stay here! It blew our expectations away. You will truly feel like you’ve disconnected and can unwind. The property is beautiful and everything was exactly as it was advertised. Would stay here again and would highly recommend this place! It was the most memorable getaway and left everyone so happy! It was only 25 -30 min. from the mountain and definitely worth the distance as the location is perfect for a winter getaway. Thank you so much Kate and mark!

This was our first time to rent from Village Properties and to stay at their house on Crane Dr. Our family of 9 had a fabulous reunion due in part to the wonderful house and follow up from VP. We just had one minor glitch and they followed up immediately. The house itself was extremely well equipped. They had a canoe, kayaks, bicycles and all other sorts of fun toys. The amenities in the kitchen were over the top (plenty of dishes for our entire group, seasonings, paper products, etc). The beds and bathrooms had very nice amenities as well. This house is a must for a large group!

Thank you so much for letting us stya in this beautiful cabin! We had fun going into Bend for shopping, golf, esacape room and a round of Tennis! We loved the hot tub and the large living room gave our group of 8 enough space to hang out for some TV and card games. We enjoyed the view of the river and all of the animals that came to the yard. We loved staying in this cabin for our annual snowboarding trip! We are from northern California so we usually go to Mount SHasta ski park in Redding, but this year we decided to come to Mount Bachelor and your home was perfect for the weekend! We went snowboarding Friday and Saturday, and came home to the warm hot tub after house on the mountain. We cooked breakfast every morning and dinner every night and your kitchen provided everything we needed for our big group of 10! This was our second year staying at this wonderful property. While our small group of 4 only utilized the main floor the whole house was in great condition and ready to handle a much larger party. The living room is beautifully laid out and we utilized the floor to ceiling windows and fire place many times. The kitchen is very well equipped and easy to use.It is an outstanding, warm, welcoming house that is easy access and centrally located for the fishermen and others in the group.
