The refrigerator was horrible, the bedding was old and ugly, the beds were so uncomfortable, the condo was completely outdated! We would not stay in this condo again!

My main suggestion would be grab bars in the tub, shower area. It was scary getting in and out of the tub.

Excellent location. Condo was clean and no odors. Made good use of condo pool and tennis courts. They were never crowded. Two things that should be fixed- missing screen on downstairs bedroom window (problematic with no A/C) so you can’t leave window cracked to cool room. Only 1 light fixture in downstairs bedroom worked. The other is missing knob to turn on and off.

Met my expectations. Have stayed at Quelah properties many times over the years. Community pool access and proximity to bike trails (5 minute flat terrain ride to Sunriver Village) for the kids makes it easy to overlook the older decor (we’re outside anyway). Very family friendly.

We had a great time staying at Mark & Kate's condo. We own a condo but needed more room for our growing family so this was a perfect location close to us. Everything was clean and they even got us 2 pack n plays for our twin grand daughters. Would come back and stay again and again. thank you for a great week!

The family atmosphere. The furniture was comfortable. The kitchen stocked with good utensils and dishes so we could cook. Access to sports - yay! We love Quelah! Just needed the screen in the screen door fixed- it kept popping open and letting mosquitos in. And the Heat didn’t work until the last day when we figured out the breaker was shot off. But we thank you for having extra tennis stuff and bikes and games and the littles loved the books! We loved riding our bikes to the observatory. Thank you and take care! See you next year

The property was exactly as described and very comfortable. One recommendation would be to tight or stablizie the bunk beds in this unit. They were very "squeaky" when the kids would rollover during the night!

We needed a place over the holidays, booking last minute, and this fit the bill (literally within the price range we needed). The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and everything we needed to cook our meals. We had eight staying, but there were only seven chairs for the dining table. The beds and stairs are very squeaky, so not a great place if you have light sleepers. We got a lot of communication once we booked, and it was a little too much. The passes to tubing were excellent, and we used those on our trip (and I’m glad we didn’t pay $10 for my kid to go only one time!). We asked to get an early check in but were told flatly no, however once we arrived it appeared no one had been there for weeks, so that was annoying. - Anonymous from Portland

Sunriver is always enjoyable. However, this condo was lacking. It was an older unit (based on wear & tear of furnishings), staircase was loud (creaky), blinds were not in good shape (privacy). Living Room furniture was comfortable and ample. Liked the high ceilings and lots of windows, and the location was great. LOVED the skylight in the master bathroom as it provided LOTS of light. It was a close bike ride to the marina and stables, and a quick car ride to Ft. Rock Park for pickleball.
