Located in the serene North end of Sunriver, Kinglet 24 is a beautiful, newly built, spacious 5-bedroom 3.5 bath home offering luxury and style and sleeping up to 12. This home has an airy and modern design, complete with amenities that promise to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The main level of the home offers a grand open great room that has a cozy sectional centered around the beautiful fireplace, perfect for recapping the day’s adventures. There are two master suites with full ensuites that include large spacious showers and comfortable king-sized beds, providing ample space for privacy and comfort. The place was exactly as described. The staff was super responsive when we had an issue with the fireplace and it was resolved quickly and without delay. The house had helpful notes written throughout and had plenty of towels and linens to cover the complete stay. Would stay there again and recommend to anyone.

This house lived up to our expectations. It was spotless and totally ready for us when we arrived. Everything seemed to be in good condition except the refrigerator. It had a minor issue with the ice maker door inside the freezer not staying latched. It had been taped closed but the tape had worn out. Overall though, the area was very quiet and we enjoyed seeing deer in the backyard every day. We'd be very happy to stay there again!

We enjoyed our stay here. It was the size we were looking for with multiple families. I feel like the price, with all fees etc, was pretty high though. The house had everything we needed and was a comfortable space for our large group.

Thank you Mark and Kate for sharing this beautiful home. We had a room for each family, perfect shared space and the garage space with the pool table and games was perfect. The beds in the upstairs rooms were small for 2 adults however. we cooked almost all of your meals so the kitchen so cooking tools were a little less then we hoped but we were a big group of 10. Thanks for your responsiveness to our requests and questions and check out was very easy.

This house is so beautiful and looked just like the photos. Great amenities; we enjoyed ping pong bike, rides, hot tub and games!The hosts were extremely responsive to any messages sent. we thought there was an A/C malfunction and they had maintenance out to look at it that day. This is a great place to stay, I highly recommend!

This is a BIG house--great for a big group. But it would be more comfortable with a few extra amenities: hooks in bathrooms to hang up towels and wet swimsuits, bedside lamps in the upstairs bedrooms, a trash can in the laundry room for lint from the dryer, a few extra kitchen towels and some proper oven mitts for those who do a lot of cooking (along with some aluminum foil and plastic wrap). We loved the hot tub and extra towels, dog amenities, and comfortable mattresses. The 4 bikes were also great!

This house matched the description well. Some of the details were not done well - dishwasher not attached to the countertop, towel racks and tp holders not well installed, etc. Mostly clean except under the couch was not. All in all a very nice stay

This might have been one of the nicest Airbnb locations I’ve stayed in. It’s a huge place, with ample room. The beds were extremely comfortable. My group really enjoyed it, and would book again in the future.

This was a perfect house for our group of 3 couples and 5 kids from 6 yrs to 12 yrs. Having two masters bedrooms with baths was particularly nice. We all love to cook and ate in every night so having a better than average equipped kitchen (for a rental) was certainly a bonus. The kids were particularly grateful for the garage/rec room and the dog loved lying in front of the fireplace. We noted two opportunities for improvement. 1. There was no inside door mat at the front door and even with wiping snow boot on the outside, the floor could have been a mess, if not damaged, by people going in and out during our snowy salty stay. We moved the big rug from the garage to the foyer. If it were my home I would do this permanently. The other glaring miss was the lack of hairdryers, not even one. It's really unusual not to have a hair dryer in a rental so most people don't travel with them. A cheap hair dryer would be good addition. But it was a great home that made our gathering of family from both the East Coast and West Coast so much fun.

House was great. Feels very new and nice with amenities like bikes, hot tub, calbe, etc. A couple quirks/feedback makes this a four star and not a five star. It's very echoey, so if you need silence in some of the downstiars bedrooms, dont count on that if people are in the living room/kitchen area chatting. Many of the doors need some WD-40 or somethings, as they squeak really loud, and lastly, there was still trash in a few of the bathrooms from prior visits and under the couch/in the cushions of the living room was still really dirty. Our toddlers were eating old food from under the couch...we'd go back with all being said. -Vrbo Review

What a wonderful trip! The house was incredibly clean and maintained. Village Properties was very responsible for our very minor needs. Thank you! Only thing I would recommend is fixing the chairs in the kitchen. They are falling apart. - Anonymous from Lake Oswego
