We rent Jackpine 6 every year for a large family reunion. The house boasts a very spacious master bedroom with a very large closet that works well for sleeping infant in pack'n play which is provided. I've only had great service with Village Properties, they are very responsive to any questions or needs. You won't be disappointed!

Stay was Exceptional

Every aspect of our stay was exceptional. The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary cooking utensils. Navigating the TV was a little challenging, but we managed. Too old for all the technology. Either we could not figure it out, or the jets in the hot tub were not powerful enough. Not much force behind them. But all in all, a great place and would highly recommend it.

Wonderful family home

Wonderful family home that's perfect for biking, walking, hot tubbing, and relaxing. This home is well cared for and fully stocked! The toys and bunk beds were perfect for our kids. They had toys, books, games, and puzzles for all ages of kids. Even a drawer full of kids plates, cups, silverware and high chair booster. Loved the two king suites, lots of room for multi generation families. We loved the one story home, hot tub, sharc passes and bike trails. It's so nice they have bikes, scooters and even a jogging stroller. Would for sure stay here again! Also the host was responsive and quick to fix any issues we had. The home has a great layout with three bedrooms together and one on the other end.

Needs Maintenance

Roomy and ability to have family pet was a plus. Needs maintenance updates. Towels racks falling off in bathrooms, seal on shower doors falling off, fridge drawer needing maintenance. If it had a little touch up and maintenance done for an older house, I would have given a better review. Location was very convenient and close to mall area and store.

Great Stay

We had a great stay at Jackpine! The house is large and accommodated our group of 6 (and our dog) perfectly. The house was very clean and well stocked for cooking our Thanksgiving meals. The beds are comfortable, and there were plenty of towels and linens. The view over the golf course is lovely and the house is very close to the village, making it easy to pop over for shopping or coffee.

Perfect place! My family including grandparents and our dog stayed there for my son's wedding. It was held with a great hall. It was walkable to both that venue and into the village thoroughly enjoyed being on the golf course. It had something for everybody great place would highly recommend.

Location is Perfect but Beds Uncomfortable

The two beds in the first 2 rooms were terrible. The guests ended up sleeping on the well used couches. The location was perfect for what we wanted to do there. I have rented and paid for next year already and hoping the beds get fixed so I don’t have to cancel.

Beautiful home

It was a beautiful home pretty well kept Allows dogs, which was a plus. The master bedroom was amazing with a great shower and bathtub and a walk-in closet. The other rooms were OK, but my kids complained that the bed squeaked a little bit. There was several stains on the carpet which I took the initiative to clean cause my dogs would smell it and want to do their business so the only recommendation would be to remove the carpet in the great room if you’re a dog friendly environment, so the floors could be cleaned But other than that again a beautiful location right on the green, which is what we were looking for I would stay there again

Very large with a deck and garage and some bikes provided. Lots of nice clean towels. Would have loved a check in time of 3:30 instead of 4:30. Inside of house was very clean, outside deck could be swept. But not bad.

We were staying at Jackpine 6 for 5 days and had a wonderful stay. Well stocked and great location. The only issue was the air conditioning. The downstairs 3 bedrooms were extremely cold if we turned the cooler on for the upstairs living area and master bedroom so we had to just leave the cooler off. Worked OK as the couple upstairs were fine with it being warmer in their bedroom. Couldn’t have it so cold downstairs with 2 babies. Would stay here again. Thank you. Ginger

My family stayed at Jackpine 6- it has a gorgeous view of the golf course and a new deck. However, the carpet in this house was extremely stained and dirty. The dishwasher was broken and the A/C could not keep up with a 95 degree day. I have rented houses in Sunriver for 25 years- I would never rent this house again. We spent over 7K for 8 days-there are so many other choices in the Sunriver complex at this price point that provide a better experience.

House was large with lots of room for everyone including Arlo the dog. Kitchen was great for cooking in and saved us $ from going out all the time. The only negative was we were told the 4:30pm check in was delayed til 5:30 or 6. That really messed with our family plans. Then around 4:15 we found out it would be ready at 4:30. So at least that happened

We have stayed at this property a few times with employees for a conference and it always works perfectly. It's close to the Great Hall and all of the amenities Sunriver has to offer. I passed on a few of my concerns to the management, but I would note them for your stay, too. The kitchen knives are extremely dull; if you need a sharp knife I would bring your own. Don't expect any seasonings, oil, or foil/plastic wrap, etc. Bring your own if you want it. Also, there was no blow dryer in the primary/master bathroom. This is a fantastic but dated property. It has worked beautifully for us though. We'll be back...just better prepared next time.

Perfect for our group! This house was perfect for our group! Everything was as described and the management company was very easy to deal with and responsive. I would suggest bringing seasonings you might need (including salt and pepper), Ñon-stick spray and any foil/ziplock bags/plastic wrap you may want. We’ll definitely try to stay here again!

7 of us for a mini reunion and ski adventure. There were some issues with the house, which the property management addressed quickly. We enjoyed the open plan main floor for activities. Beds were comfortable. Snow removal would have been welcome, there were several access steps which had ice that we couldn't remove. The kitchen is stocked with many pots and has small appliances which were helpful ( blender, coffee maker, hand held mixer). It could have had more glassware. We had a great family thanksgiving with 10+ people/kids and the overall size of the house was a good fit for our family. Unfortunately, the kitchen itself was not well stocked with items given the size of the home. Small number of general cookware and serving items which made it very challenging to manage a large group. Beds are quite low quality and a bit uncomfortable; the bathrooms are very outdated and shower heads are terrible as it is like a garden hose spraying at you (easy fix). The home has a huge garage with ping pong and foosball table, but the house did not have a second refrigerator which makes it challenging for a rental this size to host a family gathering (easy to provide). There is only 1 dishwasher, which was good but again with such a large home it should really have 2. The home layout was good as the upstairs family area was a great place to visit, eat, and play games. The woodburning fireplace was nice, but we had limited wood provided. Keep in mind the fan in the family room needs to be spinning the right direction to not pull smoke into the house! Working with Village Properties (VP) was great, they were friendly, helpful, and very responsive. Check in / check out process was very simple and nice! When we contacted VP for additional kitchen items, firewood, linens, and bath towels they were very responsive to supply additional items rather quickly. This was appreciated, although, this should have already been available in the home. We have been coming to Sunriver for over a decade during the holidays and some minor updates to this home could really help to keep it at a similar level to other large homes in the area. I would recommend the home and management property to others, but as I said there are some limitations to be aware of before booking. - Anonymous from Beaverton

Great home and location. We had 5 nights planned and ended up extending for a 6th night. Lots of room, perfect deck to dine and watch the golfers put. Lots of bikes, and ping pong in the garage. A bit dated on decor, but still comfy. Our only problem was the grill didn’t work, called prop management. They sent someone out and still didn’t work due to broken igniter, so use lighter to start. We couldn’t get it to work even then. Grilling on vaca is important, so I hope they can fix for future renters. I have to say I love Villages Properties. They out weigh the competition for renting homes in Sunriver. Always responsive and such nice people. We had a great stay and will book again. - Anonymous from Sherwood

It was a nice place to stay but it could have been cleaner, especially during these times.The dirty carpeting in the master bathroom, especially around the toilet, was not my favorite. Nice view of the golf course, big dining table, beds are uncomfortable. Cooking pans are wore out, hot tub was great, dog friendly. - Anonymous from Portland

We have had our mix batch of rentals in the past and we were very happy to arrive at this rental. The house is large with beautiful views of the 7th green on meadows golf course. You also get a great view of the stars at night. As for the inside, the house was very clean and having all those bikes was fantastic. We really enjoyed our stay at Jackpine 6. More than enough room our small group of 6 people. The house could easily accommodate 10. Only complaint was the dishwasher was not working so we had to wash all dishes by hand during our stay, - Steve G. from Beaverton
