Well stocked kitchen, clean house, and fans to help cool the house down

This home has a well stocked kitchen, clean house, and fans to help cool the house down. We were frustrated that an outdoor chair was broken, the deck was unsafe with boards uprooted that were a tripping hazard, and a lack of toiletries in bathrooms. The property management was helpful regarding our propane tank not working and the cleaning upon exiting was also convenient. Overall this was big enough for our family and we had a great time there.

A beautiful and quiet area

This location is a bit far from the center of Sunriver (e.g. a bit of a hike to the playground or SHARC), but it is a beautiful and quiet area where you have great access to the wilderness and edge of Sunriver. Very well set up for children. My two quibbles are that you have to bring your own shampoo and the house does NOT come with SHARC passes. The "VIP Pass" they have instead of SHARC passes is a bit of a hassle if you just want to do lots of pool time. The included bikes were of mixed quality but worked for small kids. Adults will need to rent their own bikes.

Great time in Sunriver

We had a great time in Sunriver. The house was clean and well equipped. It was spacious enough for 5 adults and 5 kids. My only recommendation for those staying here would be to bring your own bike helmets. There were only two helmets for very small children available.
