All three bedrooms are located on the main level, providing a peaceful and convenient layout. The primary suite features a king bed, views of the golf course, and direct deck access with outdoor seating—perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, with a full bath nearby. The third bedroom includes a full bed and its own access to the back deck and tranquil views.

Also downstairs, you’ll find a washer and dryer, and access to the private hot tub, tucked on the front porch and partially enclosed with a gate that opens to the golf course for added ambiance.

Upstairs: Room to Relax & Work Remotely. The spacious main living area welcomes you with a large sectional, wood-burning fireplace, and cozy ambiance for movie nights, game days, or quiet evenings with a book. A second living space provides a dedicated work desk—perfect for remote work or school—along with an additional seating area and private balcony overlooking the greens. Another balcony is located just off the main living room, ideal for stargazing or sunset cocktails.

A half bath is conveniently located upstairs as well. (Please note: the loft is not accessible to guests.)

Nice cozy house

Nice cozy house and we loved the location. Had to cut our trip short for unforeseen circumstances so didn’t get to fully enjoy. Kitchen needs more mixing/serving bowls otherwise house had everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again.

We stayed here for four days during the holidays, including on Christmas, and it was a truly magical time! The property is very cozy and homey, with lots of space on the large sectional couch, very comfortable beds, and more than enough room for a group of four to stay comfortably and without getting in each other's way. The location is perfect, a quick walk along the pedestrian paths to the Village and easy access to the rest of Sunriver. We would definitely stay here again on another visit to Sunriver, at any time of the year!

We had such a wonderful stay—this house was perfect for our getaway! From the moment we arrived, it felt like home. Peaceful, quiet, and full of good energy—we all slept like babies! One of our favorite things was how close it was to the Village and SHARC. The location made everything super easy and fun.One afternoon, we lounged on the deck and had the best time watching golfers go by—such a relaxing way to enjoy the sunshine. And the hot tub? We used it every night! On clear nights, you can soak under a sky full of stars—pure magic.There were a few small things we noted: we wished there were two adult bikes instead of one (we were told one was being serviced), and the kitchen could use a few more basics like paper napkins and laundry detergent. Heads-up for future guests—start laundry early, as the dryer is small and takes a bit, and the fridge takes about a full day to cool completely (our cooler came in handy!).Still, these were just tiny bumps that didn’t take away from the experience. We had a blast and would absolutely stay here again. Grateful for such a cozy, fun spot to unwind and enjoy Sunriver!

A Lot of Space

The house had a lot of space for our daughters and grandkids. The double balconies upstairs were great for cooking and relaxing. The beds were very comfortable and inviting. The house is located about 1/2 mile from the SHARC and the village. Very easy to walk to both with all of the trails.
