A cozy, 2-story, dog friendly home, excellent location, featuring 2 private decks, modern décor, bikes, and hot tub.

20 Diamond Peak is an elegant, 3 bedroom, 2 bath, reverse-living home. This two-story, dog friendly home has two upper decks so you can enjoy both the morning and afternoon sun! Both light and bright with an updated modern vibe. Relax, and enjoy the fireplace in the great room on the upper level of this private vacation home. The primary suite is also located on the upper level with a beautiful king-size log bed that offers direct access to the deck and hot tub. There is a second and third bedroom on the ground floor, both with queen beds. On the lower level is a small, covered deck area. Close distance to the Village at Sunriver, Sunriver Homeowners Aquatic Center, and Fort Rock Park. Provided in the garage are bikes for you to explore the 35+ miles of paved bike trails.

Wind down, relax in the hot tub after exploring Sunriver and Beyond. The deck has a BBQ, and private hot tub for you to enjoy. This home does not have air conditioning.

This home is near an active railroad. Trains rarely blow their whistle in Sunriver and average trips through Sunriver are 2-4 times per day.

Rented a 3br house on Diamond Peak Lane for a few nights over the 2025 winter break. We are very satisfied with the property (clean, accessible), the amenities nearby: aquatic center (reimbursed), skate rink, shops and restaurants. Whatever questions we had - Nicole M of Village Properties was highly available (considering it was Christmas Day) and very prompt to respond. Would gladly return here again

the bedrooms were equipped with beds for adult travelers and did not have bunk or twin beds in them. the decks were nice because it gave us extra space to sit since there wasn't a lot of living room seating it was pretty hot while we were there, and the house did not have air conditioning, so the bedrooms were pretty warm trying to sleep even with the windows open.

We loved our stay! The only thing to be aware of is if you go during peak summer, there is no AC. During 11 months of the year, this probably isn’t an issue. :) Rooms were comfortable and the location is a dream! Mark and Kate were so responsive.

Everything was great, we loved the house and area. The only problem was check in was supposed to be at 4:30. We didn’t arrive until 5:30 to find a car in the driveway with a girl that was in the house she came to the door and told us that it wasn’t ready yet because she was still inspecting it.

The house was exactly as described, and extremely clean! It was a great stay for a long weekend, and would absolutely love to come back and rent this house again. The bed was comfy, all lights, appliances, electronics worked, and the hot tub was warm and clean, ready to use. There was a dog bowl, dog bags, a ball, and treat for our pup along with a Village Properties tag to put on his collar in case he was lost. It was a thoughtful detail we really appreciated. Perfect set up for two couples with the upper and lower living quarters. Nice location (wonky driveway but no big deal). House was clean and had everything you need to enjoy your stay. My only request is it's time to get a new set of pots and pans. The old teflon pots are nasty and probably not safe to use. We loved this home. The location was perfect. Not too close to railroad. Close to village. Quiet area. Loved the decor. I would just like to inform you of some broken things we found. The games chutes and ladders was missing the spinner and the mouse trap game was in bad shape and probably needs to be thrown away. Also most of the pots and pans have health issues. The coating is peeling off which makes these unsafe to use. Upon arrival we also made a note that there was a picture in the entry way that was missing. There was a nail still in place but no picture. We did not remove it. It was gone when we arrived. All in all this was a very pleasant and relaxing vacation. We walked in and the home was spotless clean and beautiful. For a summer rental during Covid times this was a perfect choice- it was immaculately clean. The house looks recently remodeled. Beautiful kitchen and master bathroom. We loved the location of the house. Close to Sharc, easy short bike to the Village and Fort Rock Park. The Kitchen had all the pots and pans we needed, Lots of baking dishes and cutting boards and knives and cooking utensils. Comfortable living room and couch. The hot tub was thoroughly enjoyed after lots of biking and adventure. The back deck has comfortable Adirondack chairs and the front deck was great for grilling and dinners outside. We were a family of four and there was tons of space. Master bed is very comfortable, great walk in closet and a fabulous walk in updated shower and bathroom. Downstairs the kids each had their own queen bedrooms with tvs and their own bathroom. A new washer and dryer too. The garage is well stocked with many great bikes for kids and adults. We couldn't have been happier with our stay. It was just what we needed in these uncertain times. We were able to get away and keep to ourselves in a beautifully renovated home. It was very clean with what appeared to be new flooring, new decks, new appliances, and new paint. It was perfectly located along the path with easy walking distance to Fort Rock and the village. The upstairs master was amazing with access to the hot tub upstairs. The other two room downstairs were great for both kids. They each got their own queen bed! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. There was a BBQ located right outside the kitchen on the second upper deck with more room to relax outside with a table and chairs. Each room had their own TV, as well as the living room! This is one of our favorite homes we've stayed in and can't wait to come back.
