This beautiful cabin is dog-friendly, features air conditioning, ping pong, and a private hot tub.

6 Big leaf is the absolute perfect private vacation home! This two-story, air-conditioned home includes four bedrooms and three full baths. The primary suite is located downstairs with a queen bed. The three additional bedrooms are located upstairs. Perfect for multigeneration families. Two rooms each include a queen bed, and one room has two sets of twin bunks.

Great for enjoying the quiet surroundings Sunriver has to offer. Located close to the Fairways of the Woodlands Golf Course, a short distance to Fort Rock Park and a bike ride to the Sunriver Marketplace. Vacationing on Big Leaf Lane offers easy access in and out of Sunriver and around the community. Big Leaf has access to 35+ miles of paved walking/bike paths. Pet friendly and complete with many different entertainment options; from high-definition cable, to DVD’s, Wi-Fi and a large library of books, and a ping pong table in the garage.

The large open great room includes a brand-new sectional couch, an additional seating area behind the living room to read a book or play a board game. The kitchen offers everything you need to cook meals and the dining area has plenty of space for a large group of 10. Additionally, you will find outdoor seating available on the back deck, with a BBQ and private hot tub.

Very comfortable. The only problem we had were the bikes. There were four bikes, but two of them had flat tires and one had handlebars that flopped over.

Location was amazing! Plenty of room for everyone. The bikes hot tub, and Ping pong table were a real “hit”! Very comfortable home with just about everything we needed! I wish we would have known that no personal items (shampoo, bath soap, lotion) were not provided as we could have brought our own.

Couch was big and comfortable for a large group. Location in Sunriver was nice and quiet with close access to the bike path. Lots of board games and puzzles. Ping pong table and variety of bikes in the garage were a plus! House needs a lot of maintenance and felt neglected. DVD players didn’t work. Every time we’ve stayed at a Village Properties home there are toiletries, laundry detergent, a dog bowl and treats—none were there this time. Screen door to patio wasn’t operable. Food was left in the oven from previous guests. Kitchen is poorly equipped lacking drinking glasses, serving bowls, etc.

We want to apologize for the discomforts that you experienced during your stay. Notes such as these are taken very seriously by our team, as it guides us to make improvements so we can provide the best stays possible. Issues such as the broken and missing/lacking items that you noted in the home have been shared with our property manager and maintenance team to investigate further to repair or replace immediately. Our housekeeping team has also been notified of the oven item you discovered and will work to prevent such misses from occurring in the future. We’re sorry that the laundry detergent was missing, as we aim to provide that during every stay and have taken steps to better ensure it makes it into the home during turnover. Concerning the missing doggie welcome kit, unfortunately there was no dog noted in the reservation booking, so we were unable to know that one was arriving and to include that. Next time you book with us, please ensure the number of pets you’ll be bringing is selected so we can ensure those items are in the home upon your arrival. We apologize again for the issues you ran into during your time in our rental. Enjoyed our stay. Perfect for youngsters and pets. Safe place for the kids to play outside alot. Felt the house could use some cosmetic updating, especially the bathrooms and kitchen. Carpets stained but I understand when pets are allowed. Thanks for the dog treats... ! Glad we had air conditioning, given the high daytime temps and smokey air. Tried to use a bike, but it had loose handle bar and flat tire. Loved the pool passes! Overall, thanks for a nice stay for our family.”

Great location, well laid out with newer hot tub- great for two families. Kitchen is a little dated but adequate. Unfortunately 2 bicycles had very loose rear axles and 3rd bicycle had a flat that could not be pumped up. One pump didn’t work and the other barely worked at all but flat did not accept air. Otherwise great place !

My party of 10 adults fit well into this space, it wasn’t too big but didn’t feel cramped either. We brought an air mattress along and only 2 people had to share a bed. The hot tub was amazing and we enjoyed it every day. Great option to save some money and enjoy some time in Sunriver.

First time renting from Homes & Villas by Marriot. However, I am a Marriot Vacation Club owner and Marriot Bonvoy member. For the rent of $666/night I was expecting Marriot quality accommodations. The house was very clean and the amenities, towels, dishes, etc., were great. The beds were not especially comfortable and the furnishings and flooring need updating. For the price you'd expect the whole Marriot experience.

We enjoyed our stay at Big Leaf 6! For a group of 8 that was two adults, a seven year old, and five teens it was very spacious and had everything we were looking for in a home such as a hot tub, AC, and SHARC passes. It definitely had to be dog friendly too as we brought along our dog with us. Unfortunately, we weren't able to make much use of the SHARC passes due to the smoke/air quality, but we made the best of it with other activities in the area. Aside from some issues that we encountered that we hope to be fixed in the near future, we would stay here again!

This home is a nice getaway and has a great quiet location with walking and biking paths close by. Beds were comfortable and they provide quality linens and towels. The check in process was convenient and staff friendly, but the check out time was earlier than expected... 10:30am. The house was generally clean, but the screen doors were busted out, and there was some wear and tear on the home that could be improved. It definitely feels a little dated and "lived in". The hot tub was the highlight of this home - large and newer - but the hot tub service scared the life out of us as we had no warning they were coming in the back yard. - Anonymous from Happy Valley

We loved this house for our family. It had plenty of space (we didn’t even use 2 bedrooms bc kids wanted to share the bunk room). I loved having the couches separating the room so the kids had a play area while adults could read/watch tv and not have to be bombarded with puzzles Ans board games. I loved there were a few board games there and if you like to read, there is a ridiculous amy of books. Hot tub was great. We had plenty of snow and walking around the area on that path was super fun. I wish we woulid have tried the bikes but it was icy. They had 4 adult bikes so we would have had to rent 2 kid ones in town but didn’t since it was so snowy. The only downside that I wish the kitchen had a few more items that are often at other vacation rentals such as foil, zip lock bags or a few storage container for left overs or things that are opened, scissors, and spices (they did have salt & pepper). Not a big deal but would have been nice. I appreciated the washer and dryer and a small bottle of soap so we could wash a few things since we were there for 8 days. The good - beds were comfy, dining table is nice, Staff is great. The bad the two couches are both in bad need of replacing. The kitchen is not very well stocked. Had to buy a pot large enough to make pasta. The master bath is tiny& 6 people have to share the upstairs bath. The old linoleum floor looks like its always dirty. Would we stay there again? Overall we were okay with this vacation home. I really liked the floor plan. The furniture was comfortable and the linens were in excellent condition. The washer and dryer were in excellent condition as well. The hot tub was great and very large. We were very disappointed with the bikes as we were only able to adjust 1 to fit me. 1 of the 4 was totally broken and the other 2 we couldn't adjust to fit my husband so he couldn't ride with me. The barbecue was filthy and we couldn't get it to heat past 200 degrees so we had to remove or food and cook it inside. The fan on the stove sounded like it would blow up so we couldn't use it. We did notify management before we left of the bike, stove fan and barbecue problem. The yard could use a work to make is nicer as I would have better enjoyed reading out on the deck. For the price I would have hoped for better bikes, barbecue and yard. Our little dog had a blast though and made herself right at home. - Anonymous from Oregon City

We had a great week, loved the hot tub. Could have used some larger beds as we had two people over 6'4" and the beds were short. Kitchen needed a few more items such as a large pan for cooking spaghetti. We ended up buying new wisks and pizza cutter for the house as the ones provided were broken. It would have been nice if you provided antibacterial soap during this time. We had a wonderful time at Big Leaf 6 the house was very comfortable for the most part the warm days did leave the upstairs quite warm in the evening but the AC was very helpful.
