This house was great! It was sparkling clean, very spacious, quiet and comfortable. We loved the wood-burning fireplace! We would definitely return for another stay!

Great property in a quiet area of SunRiver but still close to everything. 10 min bike ride to village/shopping/ restaurants/grocery and 5 min ride to the SHARC or nature center/marina. Kitchen is well equipped for evening meals and great space for everyone to spread out. So nice to have bikes as part of the rental. Our only complaint was the full sized bed in the master suite which was odd (king is in one of the other bedrooms that does not have the bathroom attached. Would recommend this rental.

Marks place is in fantastic location. Pool was great to have. We did have an issue with AC (unit was listed as having it but in fact did not) but Mark immediately helped rectify the situation and we greatly appreciated that. Would happily rent from Mark again!

This place was a great stay for 8 people, pretty spacious upstairs especially the closet. We didnt get a chance to use the hot tub but nice that it was available. They provided checkin instructions prior to check in so that made it easy when we were onsite. It was nice to have a full kitchen and the bbq grill worked well. Plenty of board games and space to play. They reimburse for SHARC and it was a super easy just a text of the receipt and they reimbursed very quickly.

House was great. No complaints, everything was easy. Easy to check in, lots of items in the kitchen, plenty of linens, lots of towels, and the place was spotless, in even the smallest of nooks that I have no idea how I could replicate at home. The area is in a dead end quiet street, that is very close to the bike paths that take you around the whole area. They also provided bikes and pumps, as well as games and DVD's. Overall the stay was great, and the accommodations created a stress and worry free space to unwind and hang out.

The Rustic style of Aquila Lodge #15 was refreshing, timeless and classic. The home was very well stocked with anything you could need or want including soft blankets, lots of couch pillows and an excellent kitchen. We were able to cook, read by the fire and enjoy the winter weather as we ate hot soup with freshly baked bread. When we did have a problem with a blockage in the bathroom, maintenance response was only 5 minutes. It was a memorable trip!

We used Mark and Kate's air bnb for our annual company meeting. Our management staff had a great time! It was very comfortable, cozy and inviting. It was easy to check in. The TV worked great for our presentations and the team loved the hot tub as an added bonus! We had a great overall experience!
