Had a lovely stay

We had a lovely stay on Shadow Lane for our small family gathering of 6. The place was spacious with a comfortable living room and dining area for meals and games. The three bed rooms were nicely separated from one-another so felt very private. There is a whole second family room between the two downstairs rooms. We enjoyed the hot tub every night and the bbq'd too. Nice HOT showers and soft towels. We had an issue with the upstairs porch door which got stuck a few times but we got the hang of it. Also the bathroom outlets were not working which didn't bother me at all, but not great for those who wanted to plug in an electric shaver. Mark was great about checking in with us and proactively communicated all the info we needed throughout our stay. All in all, we had a wonderful visit. I would be delighted to book this place again for a future stay. (Bring your own coffee, spices, and any storage containers if you will need those things).

Excellent stay. loved being at Sunriver! we will go again. Do note the unique layout of the house which worked nicely for us! In addition we were grateful for this very communicative host who helped us with the house heating when we asked, and then when a disabled adult in our guest party needed a wheelchair, the host went above and beyond called around the area to attempt to locate one that we could rent.

The house was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Although the upstairs gathering space is rather small, there is a second gathering space on the lower level and it was a great place for the grandkids to hang out. The beds were comfy and there were plenty of towels and extra bed linens. Everything worked well and we had no issues.

Stayed in #1 Shadow Lane to attend a dear friend’s wedding, enjoyed time with family, plus kayaking on the river & Elk Lake & Resort & biking Sunriver paths! We have enjoyed Sunriver for many ski seasons, holidays & summer adventures! We were greeted with fabulous AC on this 91 degree arrival day. Love the North area as it is quiet & the house & the layout was perfect for this trip. The house has a great layout & well stocked. We had five staying in the home & it was quiet for all & the 3.5 bathrooms was great too. Nice family room on the lower level, great spacious upper living area with nice natural lighting, two really spacious decks, BBQ & hot tub. The Shark Plus cards provide access to the SROA marina area where we launched our kayaks & had family pick us up at the Sunriver water craft take out. You can arrange & pay for the shuttle pickup if desired. We like the close access to the trail by circle 7 to Benham Falls & Lava Lands area plus the kayak, canoe, raft & SUP take out area. Kitchen was well stocked, house was clean & linens nice. Bed’s slept comfortably! Would stay again & staff at Village Properties is great to work with!
