Gorgeous Single Level Home, near Fort Rock Park. Large Deck and Common Area.

Welcome to Quartz Mt. 1. This beautifully furnished, single level home is surrounded by lots of common area with forested views and is just a short walk to Fort Rock Park. The remodeled kitchen has granite counters, and the great room has beautiful hardwood floors with beamed ceilings and lots of space for the whole group. The house has brand new carpet in each of the bedrooms as of the new year, 2024.

Cozy up to the stone fireplace and enjoy a movie on the large screen TV in the living room. There is bench seating at the dining room table that easily accommodates your friends and family. The large primary suite with a king bed has access to the hot tub. The queen bedroom is located off the living room and the third bedroom offers a pyramid bunk and is a great area for the kids to play. The spacious deck area includes a private hot tub that features privacy and a wonderful view.

This home does not have air conditioning. Need additional housing for friends and family, check out Quartz Mt. 7 across the street!

What a beautiful, clean, cozy home. The kitchen is well stocked, there are games and puzzles, bikes and floaties, and the home is updated and decorated so it feels like home…we loved every bit of our stay. The hot tub was clean and hot, the refrigerators were almost too cold. The furniture and the beds are comfortable, the street is quiet and there aren’t any homes in your backyard so it feels very private. There were some minor maintenance things that need attention…loose knobs, broken window locks/screens, door hooks, and a few lamps that don’t work. The fans available in lieu of AC aren’t really powerful enough to circulate air, and when we arrived the heat was on and set at 77 degrees on an 82 degree day (pretty uncomfortable). Overall though we were very impressed and would definitely return to this home!

Wonderful very clean updated home & well stocked with supplies including towels. We enjoyed the Sharc passes and games. The home location was very convenient. Very quiet neighborhood. Great communication & instructions- thank you. We highly recommend this home. Beautiful setting in the woods & a great house layout. Plenty of bed options for our girls. And again very clean! Just a suggestion, not a complaint- maybe stock a few extra adult bikes- we had 3 teens & 2 adults. But we were there for a tournament so we didn’t have enough time to go on long bike rides anyway. Great trails everywhere though- beautiful setting.

Sunriver and this property specifically were great for our kids. Single story, bunk room, hot tub, close biking distance to park, SHARC, and village. Sunriver is very friendly with all the bike trails. Used the bikes and helmets that were on hand. Also used the BBQ. Hot tub is a little old and has some quirks but worked nevertheless. TV and controls also took some figuring out and one ceiling fan didn't seem to work. Small things that didn't effect our overall enjoyment.

Our stay exceeded all our expectations. Nice, big and roomy home with tons of character. We really enjoyed hot tubbing every night. There are trails everywhere. We were only 2.5 miles from the trail to Benham Falls which was absolutely spectacular. Communication was excellent and extremely responsive. We will definitely be staying here again. We booked the home for a quick getaway with the family. Sunriver is one of our favorite spots for relaxing. When we arrived we did need to call maintenance to make repairs to a door handle that fell off and to secure the bunk beds which are very wobbly - one so much so that my son pulled the mattress to the floor for the first night until some brackets were added. Other than this, our stay was AMAZING. We loved the space, the hot tub, the location, and the perfect setting. We would stay here again.

The home was great and location perfect since it was walking distance to the Pickleball courts. The kitchen was well-equipped, the furniture comfortable and the linens and towels exceptional. We enjoyed our stay and hope to rent it again.

Stayed 2 weeks at Quartz Mt Lane #1 and had a very enjoyable time. House is comfortable and well appointed, especially the kitchen. The spacious deck with hot tub, gas grill, and plenty of outdoor furniture was also a pleasure to use. Three relatively minor complaints: 1) the place could have been cleaner - floors were not well swept, and there were lots of spiderwebs with bugs up in the skylights, 2) the main TV in the living room was a disappointment because the remote is too complex and we couldn't find a way to access streaming services like Netflix and Amazon Prime, and 3) lighting throughout the house is dim and inadequate - especially in the master bedroom. Finally, we'll note that the bed in the master could be a bit firmer, and it's probably time to replace the blinds that are worn and stained. - Clayton G. from Eugene

We came here for our family’s spring break and it was perfect. Having 2 small children the one level was great. Very private hot tub and large outdoor wooded area perfect for Easter egg hunting! Kitchen was very well stocked and even had a variety of spines. Plentiful towels and garage with lots of toys. Only improvement could be to switch out the bedroom and bathroom lightbulbs to a higher wattage, as the rooms were very dark. Would stay there again! - Kendal P. from North Bend

The house is well-stocked, particularly the kitchen. It was nice to have laundry and even detergent provided. The hot tub was spacious. This house has a large open area in the back that makes it feel quite private. There are bikes and SHARC passes, though that was not mentioned in the listing. Plenty of firewood was in the garage, which we appreciated. Our only complaints were that there was no guide to the area or book of instructions for the house, that we could find. And using the wood-burning fireplace resulted in a lot of smoke smell inside the house. - Anonymous from Portland
