An Ideal Layout for Groups & Families. Upstairs, you'll be greeted by vaulted ceilings, warm wood accents, and a bright open floor plan that brings everyone together. The main living room offers cozy seating, a stone gas fireplace, TV, and DVD player—perfect for relaxing after a day of skiing or hiking. The fully stocked kitchen features stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and everything you need to prepare delicious meals, while the adjacent dining room seats eight comfortably.

Also on the upper level, the primary suite includes a king-sized bed, large TV, private bathroom, and direct access to the deck, where you can sip your morning coffee among the trees. The second upstairs bedroom also offers a king bed, large TV, and easy access to a full bathroom with shower.

Beautiful house and surroundings.

Beautiful house and surroundings. The house was better in person than it looked in pictures. It's on the very edge of Sunriver so a little bit longer to drive/bike to amenities but shorter to get to Bend. The space is so quiet and peaceful. Deck with lovely wooded surroundings. Bike path right across the street. Bedrooms big and whole house roomy. A/C worked great and showers with good water pressure. We and dogs felt right at home. Loved it there.

Clean and Comfortable

We stayed at this property in Sunriver for 4 nights in June 2026. First off, I was impressed with friendly and professional communication before our stay even started. I would like to thank Mark, Tracey, and Nicole for taking care of every detail needed to ensure a smooth check-in and comfortable stay. The house was clean and comfortable with a well-stocked kitchen and multiple areas for our family to enjoy - a lovely deck overlooking a grove of trees, a second downstairs living area with a huge TV, a big hot tub on a lower patio, and the garage with the ping pong table with a table and chairs for those not playing to hang out. The open floor plan with the kitchen, dining, and living area was perfect for spending time together. The location within Sunriver was quiet and close to a bike bath that we took for a nice ride along the river. There were lots of thoughtful touches throughout to make our stay more comfortable. We would definitely look forward to staying here again.

Great place with a beautiful home and stunning scenery! We loved being able to enjoy both winter mountain activities and bike rides around the neighborhood this February. Although the fireplace was out of order, the management was very helpful—they gave us a discount on the total price and covered up to $250 in activities

Cozy & Quiet

As four women, we loved having a bedroom and bath to ourselves. We loved the LR with the high ceilings and cozy fireplace. This home backed up to trees, deer, and quietness. Late check-in of 4:30 pm. The Brown Trout bedroom was very cold and smelled musky. Otherwise, everything was great!
