Wonderful time overall, but could benefit from some updates and improvements.

We recently stayed at one of your properties 15 White Elm in Sunriver and wanted to share some feedback from our visit. While we had a wonderful time overall and truly enjoyed the beautiful location, there were a few areas where the home could benefit from some updates and improvements. The upstairs primary bedroom did not have blinds on the front-facing windows, which impacted both privacy and comfort. I’ve already mentioned this to your team, but I wanted to reiterate it here for future consideration. Another issue we encountered was with the dryer—it was not functioning properly and really needs to be replaced. Given that we stayed for about ten days, having access to a working dryer would have made a big difference. Additionally, we found it difficult to keep the house tidy during our stay, as there were no basic cleaning supplies available—no vacuum, broom, or cleaning products. These items would be especially helpful for guests staying longer than a few days. Despite these concerns, we absolutely loved the views from the home. Being able to see Mt. Bachelor and the golf course from the room was a highlight. While the house does not have air conditioning, we appreciated the fans that were provided to help keep things comfortable. As always, Sunriver was a fantastic destination with so many fun things to do and see. We look forward to returning and hope these suggestions help improve the experience for future guests.
