Great location, well laid out with newer hot tub- great for two families. Kitchen is a little dated but adequate. Unfortunately 2 bicycles had very loose rear axles and 3rd bicycle had a flat that could not be pumped up. One pump didn’t work and the other barely worked at all but flat did not accept air. Otherwise great place !
