We needed a place over the holidays, booking last minute, and this fit the bill (literally within the price range we needed). The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and everything we needed to cook our meals. We had eight staying, but there were only seven chairs for the dining table. The beds and stairs are very squeaky, so not a great place if you have light sleepers. We got a lot of communication once we booked, and it was a little too much. The passes to tubing were excellent, and we used those on our trip (and I’m glad we didn’t pay $10 for my kid to go only one time!). We asked to get an early check in but were told flatly no, however once we arrived it appeared no one had been there for weeks, so that was annoying. – Anonymous from Portland
