2026 Sunriver K9 Keg Pull

The 2026 Sunriver Brewing Co. K9 Keg Pull is back at the Village at Sunriver. This is Sunriver’s premiere winter event that you won’t want to miss!

All are welcome to enjoy the event with or without a dog. This is the perfect day of fun for dog lovers of all ages! Dog-related vendors will be ready to supply you and your pup with all the essentials, as well as the Bend VW Photo Bus for commemorative photobooth photo strips!

Participants and spectators are encouraged to donate dog food and enter to win some great prizes. The dog food will be donated to the Humane Society of Central Oregon.

Feb. 7, 2026 | 11 a.m. – 3 p.m.
At the Village at Sunriver

Event Timeline:

• 10:00 – 1:00 – Sign In & On-Site Registration
• 11:00 – First Race
• 3:00 – Last Race (or when last dog runs)
• Awards Ceremony after the last race, must be present to win

All dogs of any size or breed are welcome! There is a $25 entry fee per dog. Each dog is placed in a category based on their weight and pulls a keg specific to their weight class. Kegs are empty of any contents. Dog owners are encouraged to bring their own harnesses. If you do not have a harness, one will be provided for them at the race. All proceeds from the Keg Pull will benefit the Ronald McDonald House.

At the end of the race, awards will be given to “Fast as Lightning Fido” in each weight category. Dog owners are encouraged to participate by motivating their dogs down the length of the course, a 120-foot snow runway.

Pre- registration will guarantee your dog a spot in the race, along with a $5 discount if you register by January 1st – REGISTER NOW!

Weight Categories:

• Under 10 Pounds  – Pull a Foster’s Beer can
• 11-20 Pounds – Pull a growler
• 21-50 Pounds – Pull a pony keg
• 51-70 Pounds – Pull a full-sized keg
• 71-100 Pounds – Pull a full-sized keg
• 101+ Pounds – Pull a full-sized keg
