Black Friday 2025 Bonus: Get a Chance to Receive an Additional FREE 2-Nights

Any adult 21 or over who has made a booking through the Black Friday 2026 event can win. Participants must live in the United States and not within areas where this bonus is void.

If you are selected to receive the bonus nights and the booking that you made originally during the Black Friday Event is canceled, your bonus nights will no longer be available. If you cancel your reservation made with the Black Friday Event after you’ve used your bonus nights, you will be charged the standard cost for the bonus nights retroactively.

Employees of Village Properties at Sunriver, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to win the bonus nights.

The winner of the bonus nights will be randomly selected from the Black Friday Event reservation pool within 4 days of our 2025 Black Friday Event ending (no later than Dec. 6, 2025). The winner will be contacted and informed of their additional 2 nights within 24 hours of being selected. Winners will have 48 hours from receiving their winning notification to respond to the Village Properties team to inform them of accepting the 2 additional nights. If the winner does not reach out within that period of time, another winner will be selected and the same steps will be followed until a winner accepts. Winners will be announced with a timeline post on the Village Properties Facebook and Instagram social media accounts within 15 days of the 2025 Black Friday Event (no later than Dec. 17, 2025).

If no winner has accepted their prize within 15 days of the 2025 Black Friday Event ending, a social media post on the Village Properties Facebook and Instagram social media accounts will go out stating so and a winner will continue to be randomly selected from the booking pool until a winner accepts their prize.

In order to stay in one of our vacation homes, you must:

• Accept and sign our Rental Agreement that outlines all the home’s rules and requirements for guests staying there.
• Provide an active credit card to have on file to charge in case of damage to the home.
• Allow for a $75 credit to be charged to the provided credit card for incidental damage (covering up to $500), which will be refunded to the card given that the guests check out of the home with no incidental damage.
• Follow all home rules, including not bringing more than the number of guests that the unit can house (as stated on the unit’s listing on the Village Properties at Sunriver website.)

If you do not follow these requirements, you will void your status as a guest and the 2-night free receiver and everything associated.

If you are selected, you will be reached out to via phone and email to inform you of your prize. Once our team has reached out, you have 48 hours to inform us by phone or email that you’ve accepted the 2 free nights. After that, our reservation team will work with you to help you choose what days you will be visiting Sunriver and which home you will be staying in (chosen from a list of available homes based on your preferred stay dates).

Yes! If you are selected for the 2-night stay and wish to add additional nights to your reservation, you are more than welcome. Please know that by doing so, you will be responsible for all costs and fees normally associated with each night that you add.

Once you tell us you’ve accepted your status as a sweepstakes winner, you can immediately book your stay anytime from the day you accept till December 31, 2025. After 12 p.m. PST on December 31, 2025, your stay is no longer redeemable if it has not been booked.
Your stay dates must fall between Jan. 2, 2026-December 23, 2026**. Your stay can take place anytime throughout the week, including weekends.

If you are selected, you can bring a maximum of 8 people (including yourself) to the unit that you’ve booked. The only exception is if you select a 3-bedroom home that allows fewer than 8 people as part of the house rules, which must be followed for safety reasons.

If these bonus nights are booked as a seperate stay, you will have access to all Stay Perks (provided by our VIP Experience Guest Perks Program) that are available at the time of your stay. Please note that our available perks are subject to change and may be different by the time you stay with us.

Selection Perks will not be available during these additional 2 nights unless they are used to extend an already booked stay.
