Never again! Sweat for 3 days in 78+ degrees unable to sleep comfortably or do anything for that matter.

Location was great. Ant infestation, furniture torn with stuffing coming out, bike tires were flat and pump didn’t work ( thank goodness my son had one in his truck), no air conditioning until the late afternoon before we left, told Sharc was closed by staff when I called them and it was actually open and packed with people, and staff was slow to respond to any of our concerns. Ants were in the dishwasher, in all rooms and in 2 of the kids beds. I’m expecting compensation for these unacceptable issues. Thank you. I also asked to get a call from a manager and that email went unanswered
