Description

Spacious, light, and bright, Awbrey 2 is a two-story home that will accommodate up to 10 guests. Air-Conditioning included, this 4 bedroom, 3 bath home has space for everyone! You’ll find 2 ensuites, both with new king beds. The third bedroom has a new queen bed and the fourth has a new queen bed, plus a set of bunk beds for the kids. The primary bedroom is on the ground floor and the other three bedrooms are all located upstairs. The kids will enjoy the fun bunk room with a foosball table and log themed bunks. This room is perfect for playing games, watching movies or late-night story telling. Awbrey is great for multigenerational family gatherings.

Gather around the large dining table and ample kitchen island complete with bar stools to plan your day’s adventures or discuss those memories created at the end of the day while sharing meals in the newly updated kitchen. Nice big open living room giving plenty of space for gathering. Comfortable craftsman's couches and chairs are provided for you so you can cozy up near the fireplace and watch movies.

During the summer months head over to Fort Rock Park, located across the street, or grab a bike and explore Sunriver’s 35+ miles of paved bike paths right outside the back door of 2 Awbrey. In the winter months, Fort Rock Park is the perfect place to build a snowman or snowshoe around the park. After a long day of activities, challenge each other to a fun board game next to the fireplace. Dip into the hot tub under the Central Oregon night skies and watch the shooting stars. Whatever adventures you choose to embark on during your stay, 2 Awbrey will be there to welcome you upon your return.

We had a great trip at this house with our 3 kids and extended family. It is a perfect house/location for larger families/groups, especially those with kids. The playground is literally right across the street and the bike path is right there too; SHARC and the village are a very short drive and could probably be walked or biked if you wanted. The house and hot tub were clean, the kitchen and towels/linens were extremely well stocked (plenty of dishes including kid-friendly dishes), and there were lots of games and puzzles. The bikes in the garage could use a little TLC but still worked fine for us as casual riders just riding with our kids. The layout of the house is great and there is plenty of privacy for multiple families if needed. Would highly recommend and will plan to return in the future!

We loved staying here. Two grandmas, a grandpa, mom and dad, a d three little grandsons - it was just right. So handy to Fort Rock Park just across the street. Right on the bike path so could go anywhere on a bike. The little boys loved the bedroom with the big pine bunkbed setup and having a foos ball game right there in their bedroom . This house is older but very clean. The front deck was nice to sit out and have coffee in the morning. The back deck is nice but right by the road so traffic can be busy at times. The location was good as Fort Rock park is across the street and easy access to the bike trails. The house has bikes but most of them are in need of repairs and we had to repair a few to have enough for the family to ride. The owners need to put some money into bike repairs as they have several that do not work. I did like the open floor plan and rooms were good size. Beds were ok but could use new mattress in a couple of the bedrooms. Overall a good long weekend with family. - Anonymous from Eugene

Location near Ft. Rock Park was great. The house was spacious with a good layout. Kitchen was super-well equipped. Some of the furniture was low quality (wiggly chair legs, cabinet doors that wouldn't close).
