The house was nice for our group of 10. Plenty of bedrooms. The things lacking were kitchen and cooking utensils, which made it hard to cook for 10 people. This house could also use a second fridge in the garage as one refrigerator is hard for 10 people for longer stays. Overall, the house was nice, but could use some attention to details and upgrades on kitchen items/towels and general household items.

The house was comfortable

The house was comfortable, spacious and worked well for our family. The upstairs has a nice bedroom for an ensuite so it feels like there are two primary bedrooms and the one up has more privacy and quiet from the first floor. The AC does not work up there so it was very hot unfortunately. The beds are comfortable, the sheets soft, lots of pillow options, great parking for multiple cars if needed. The house was very clean although the carpets were very dirty. We had 6 other families staying in 4 other houses this weekend in Sun River and it seems to be a theme among all the houses with carpet. All of the kids feet and socks were black. Aside from the carpet, this house could use the shower heads replaced and the bikes tuned up but it was lovely and the host was very responsive to us when we needed help.

This is by far the most clean and pet-friendly family home we’ve stayed in Central Oregon or the Oregon Coast. We had very nice stay at the house. There is big dining table gathering all of us together . Nice cozy living room , and kitchen that has everything you need. We were party of three and everyone has own room and bathroom . Love the hot tube and the nature outside . Overall great stay for the whole group.

We loved this place

We loved this place and our family commented regularly how lucky we felt to have found it. It was truly kid friendly (for our 1yo, 2yo, and 6yo) - no sharp edges, first floor bedrooms for them, no breakables within reach. So wonderful to not have to worry about that. And we were able to walk to the other houses where the rest of our family ( big family reunion at Sunriver), which was great. Only a few minute drive to SHARC, the market, and the coffee shops. We all agreed we'd definitely stay there again!

Nice House

The house was very nice. The kitchen is well supplied. Many games and toys for children and adults. We purposely picked this house because of the Hot tub Which ironically is the first thing mentioned. We got a call right before we were leaving town that it didn’t work . We would not have chosen this house if there wasn’t a hot tub . I used to be an owner who rented our house out in Sunriver and if there was a problem, we took care of it immediately including the hot tub even during a holiday week when the price was higher. We were shocked that they never sent anyone to fix it
