This is by far the most clean and pet-friendly family home we’ve stayed in Central Oregon or the Oregon Coast. The communication with Village Properties was outstanding and the check-out responsibilities were so minimal making leaving after the week so easy. Excellent value and the perfect amount of space.

We had very nice stay at the house. There is big dining table gathering all of us together . Nice cozy living room , and kitchen that has everything you need. We were party of three and everyone has own room and bathroom . Love the hot tube and the nature outside . Overall great stay for the whole group.

We loved this place

We loved this place and our family commented regularly how lucky we felt to have found it. It was truly kid friendly (for our 1yo, 2yo, and 6yo) - no sharp edges, first floor bedrooms for them, no breakables within reach. So wonderful to not have to worry about that. And we were able to walk to the other houses where the rest of our family ( big family reunion at Sunriver), which was great. Only a few minute drive to SHARC, the market, and the coffee shops. We all agreed we'd definitely stay there again!

The house was very nice. The kitchen is well supplied. Many games and toys for children and adults. We purposely picked this house because of the Hot tub Which ironically is the first thing mentioned. We got a call right before we were leaving town that it didn’t work . We would not have chosen this house if there wasn’t a hot tub . I used to be an owner who rented our house out in Sunriver and if there was a problem, we took care of it immediately including the hot tub even during a holiday week when the price was higher. We were shocked that they never sent anyone to fix it
