The place has not been updated since 1980. Obviously a rental and not loved and cared for by an owner. No AC was awful! Broken blinds and hard beds. I hope someone buys this big spacious home and makes it amazing! It is large and in a great location. Just needs A LOT of updating. The door code didn't work when we arrived so we couldn't get in after a long drive. Spent the next morning trying to get it fixed. Rental company nice on the phone. I wouldn't stay there again though.

Our big family had another bnb nearby which had more beds. Bunk beds for this bnb would have been helpful. Needed more kitchen supplies. But when we had asked for the items that we needed, the owner quickly provided them. Overall, a great experience. Very spacious accommodations. We were happy with our stay overall.

We stayed in 15 White Elm and had a great time. Plenty of room for our group. The SHARC passes were wonderful to have, very generous. We learned that we need to ask for a place with air conditioning, this place didn’t have it and it was pretty warm. We were glad we went and are already thinking about next year. We recently stayed at one of your properties 15 White Elm in Sunriver and wanted to share some feedback from our visit. While we had a wonderful time overall and truly enjoyed the beautiful location, there were a few areas where the home could benefit from some updates and improvements. The upstairs primary bedroom did not have blinds on the front-facing windows, which impacted both privacy and comfort. I’ve already mentioned this to your team, but I wanted to reiterate it here for future consideration. Another issue we encountered was with the dryer—it was not functioning properly and really needs to be replaced. Given that we stayed for about ten days, having access to a working dryer would have made a big difference. Additionally, we found it difficult to keep the house tidy during our stay, as there were no basic cleaning supplies available—no vacuum, broom, or cleaning products. These items would be especially helpful for guests staying longer than a few days. Despite these concerns, we absolutely loved the views from the home. Being able to see Mt. Bachelor and the golf course from the room was a highlight. While the house does not have air conditioning, we appreciated the fans that were provided to help keep things comfortable. As always, Sunriver was a fantastic destination with so many fun things to do and see. We look forward to returning and hope these suggestions help improve the experience for future guests.

This is a beautiful and very large home that was much bigger than I thought it would be. The layout was wonderful for our multiple family trip. The location is a little hilly on the bikes but gorgeous. The house needs some TLC but we saw it was up for sale so maybe the new owners will make some improvements. Would be nice to have a few more fans in hot weather with no A/C. But overall we had a wonderful stay here that was very affordable and I was sad to have to leave.

This place was wonderful! So private, great gathering space for our group of two families. We love how open it is and the feel of all the natural light. The hot tub was lovely and the surroundings were picturesque. The location is central to everything! We’ve been going to Sunriver together with our kids for 10 years now and this is our favorite place yet! Beds were comfortable.

Had a lovely vaca with close friends. House had plenty of room and amenities. Few minor issues (broken furniture) and Wifi password was impossible to find. Property manager was very helpful. Our rental experience was great! Village Properties was so easy to communicate with and helped ensure our vacation was spectacular.
