The second bedroom also includes a king bed, ensuite bath, closet, dresser, and a Fire TV, ideal for another couple or guests looking for added privacy. A third bedroom with a queen bed and ample storage makes for a cozy and quiet sleeping space, while the fourth bedroom is perfect for families, featuring a queen bed, a twin bunk, and a closet full of kids' toys, puzzles, and games to keep the little ones entertained.

House was Perfect

We needed a single-story house for my aging father and this house was perfect. We also enjoyed the peaceful view from the back deck looking at no other houses and few cars because of the quiet loop the house is on. The train was actually a hit with both my dad and kids, and like others have said, was surprisingly quiet. The kids also really enjoyed the bikes and ping pong.

Wonderful Home

We had a wonderful family visit to Sunriver at this house! The toys and bikes on site were great for our 4 kiddos. The house was clean and our dogs loved the treats they left for them. The train was barely noticeable and never woke a baby up from a nap! My only feedback/ negative item is that we wished that the deck chairs weren't all broken. There were all significantly cracked plastic and unsafe to sit in but we moved the table chairs to the deck to enjoy the sunshine. Wonderful home and we look forward to visiting again sometime in the future.

We had a great stay in Sunriver! The house was very clean and fully stocked — nothing was lacking. The location was perfect. Although the train isn’t far, it wasn’t disruptive or loud at all. There’s a store within a short walk or bike ride, which made it super convenient and made us feel like we weren’t too far from the Village, even though that’s a bit more of a drive. Communication was prompt and smooth, and Mark was great to work with. Would definitely stay again!

Mark & Kates rental was perfect for our family gathering. We had 6 adults, 4 kids and 2 dogs. Everyone had a great time. Plenty of room for all and close to all the Sunriver activities. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could possibly need and the selection of bikes and scooters had something for every age. We loved eating out on the deck and most evenings we had deer passing through as we ate. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return again.

Overall this house was amazing! They had plenty of puzzles, games and toys for kids. They even had a stroller which was great because we forgot ours! They had a huge dog crate and left us two goodie bags for our dogs! The house was very clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen! The only bummers were that the fireplace was not working and they didn’t have any Christmas decorations or a tree up like previous houses we stayed at during the holiday season. Would’ve added a nice touch if they did. We would definitely stay here again though!

We stayed here for a week with our two young sons and our parents. The layout was perfect for us! Also, the house was well equipped with everything we needed and the kid-friendly environment (toys, bunk beds, ping pong table, etc) was an added plus! This home is beautiful and roomy! Enjoyed our time there. Only tips is to bring your own stuff like spatulas, and cooking spoons and stuff. Because there was only 1 and it was one you would use on a grill. And then the knifes are very dull. So bring a good knife. But otherwise it’s great and I LOVED the dishes!

I see all the reviews for a well stocked kitchen, that was indeed great, but being so stocked made it hard to store groceries for our weeks stay or 8 people. There was no cupboard space to keep it due to so many dishes and kitchen items. There was no drying mat for dishes or dish drainer. We were also only provided with two towels/cloths for our longer stay. Additionally, I realize this is a pet friendly home (we did not bring our dog) but the carpet very much needs to be replaced. I’m not sure how well the kitchen floor was cleaned either as taking a napkin to the floor after dropping some water ended in a blackened napkin. Our back deck slider was so stiff to open and close. We had them come try to grease it and it didn’t work. We had to use the side door to go to the deck. There was also a rug under the kitchen table that’s a severe tripping hazard and should be removed. The description also doesn’t tell you that there’s train tracks right behind you. Lastly, the washer is older and worked fine but smells of mildew badly. In my opinion this home needs to be reinvested into with some new carpet/floors and finishes. Despite my thoughts above, this home worked great for our family, we had a good time and memories were made. That’s what was important to us.

This home was extremely equipped for anything you need. Kitchen has everything you need and more. Kid and dog friendly home. They had a baby jogger, kid bike, kid/baby plates bowls and utensils, baby toys, rocking chairs in rooms and an extra big dog crate for your fur babies when you are away. 7 adults, 2 kids and 2 dogs fit comfortably. Master bedroom is private and hot tub is located right outside the master sliding door. Everything was very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

We spent 5 days at #2 Wallowa loop. What a beautiful house! The hot tub is brand new, the two king sized bedrooms were so comfortable and the kids slept in one of the queen rooms with the bunk beds. Easy in, easy out and close to the Market store. Kitchen was fully stocked - had everything we needed and everything for the kids too! Very comfortable house - would stay there again.
