A cozy Sunriver cabin that's pet-friendly and a short walk to the river!

The "Cabin at Sunriver" is located in the southeast corner of Sunriver. This great location is just a fifteen-minute walk to the Sunriver Village with easy access to the bike trails, and the Big Deschutes River (beautiful for a winter snowshoe walk!). The cabin has four bedrooms and two baths with a large expansive deck where you can enjoy a BBQ or relax in the hot tub after a day on the slopes or hiking and biking in beautiful Central Oregon. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, both with queen beds, and two bedrooms on the upper level, one with a queen bed and second with a pyramid bunkbed. The living and dining room areas are open to each other and is a wonderful place for all to gather to enjoy playing games or watching your favorite shows or movie on the large flat screen TV. Your time will be well spent in this Sunriver cabin! Pets under 20lbs are welcome with prior approval and pet fee.

Incredible Service

First thing I want to say is that mark gave incredible service. Also, the home was clean and well cared for. What we did not expect was how tiny it was! We actually removed some of the furniture and took some of it out and put it in the closet so that we could get around. There were seven adults and one baby in our party so this house was not the best choice for us this time, but we worked with it and it went fine.

Exceleent Location But Smallish

The location of this property was excellent. We were close to everything we needed access to for our stay. We were able to walk to the Country Store and all of the shops using the bike trails. We were also able to walk to the lodge area for a meal we had reserved. We enjoyed the hot tub and being able to feel secluded while not far from activities. The property had four bedrooms; however, the house itself was on the smallish side and would not be comfortable for more than four adults. There was a lack of additional blankets and the beds were made with only a fleece blanket which seemed odd given it was winter...we did not use all of the rooms. Also, the furniture seemed way too large for the space and made it hard to get around the main area of the property.

Although we didn’t stay in our initial rental, we were very grateful that our hosts were accommodating when we needed a larger space. Both places we stayed were clean and unique. The amenities were very nice as well! We are super grateful for our hosts.

This was a great space for our two families to enjoy sunriver. The sharc passes were a great amenity too! It was very hot during our visit so we were concerned the house would be too hot, but luckily at night it cooled off quickly with windows open and the provided fans.

Really nice little house at Sunriver. Walkable to the Deschutes River. Four comfy bedrooms, hot tub, and they even had two kayaks, a tandem bike, and a ping pong table available for use. Definitely would stay here again!

I was unsatisfied with my stay at 7 pine needle lane. There was an ant infestation when we arrived and it took over 12 hours to get it treated. The house wasn’t clean inside or on the patio, the hot tub had black stains in it. You get $250 reimbursement for the sharc which only covered one day of going to the pool and there is no AC in the unit.

Such a cute place. Great surroundings and peaceful. They had bikes available at the property for bike rides on the many paths. There is no AC which made the home uncomfortable inside due to unseasonably hot weather. But the patio was perfect with the large trees which kept the patio cooler. There is a lot to do in the area and the river was within walking distance and was excited there were kayaks in the garage.

Loved our stay! This was the perfect place for our group. Close to Bend, close to La Pine, and close to nature! We couldn’t have asked for a cozier place to rest our heads and unwind at the end of our days. Comfy couches and beds in each room. Well appointed kitchen for us to cook meals. We enjoyed the large hot tub and took full advantage of it. The bicycles were a great touch and made it easy to check out Sunriver. We would gladly stay here again if we came back to Sunriver. We had a great time staying at Mark and Kate's place! It's the perfect base for skiing Bachelor. Non skiers enjoyed walking to Downtown Sunriver and relaxing in the hot tub!

Perfect cabin if your lookin for a cozy, affordable space with plenty of amenities. Definitely more private compared to some stays in Sun River. Hot tub was awesome, kitchen has plenty of options. The 4 bedrooms are super nice, total cabin vibes. The newer smart TVs are always a great addition. And the fire place w/ wood supply was badass! Would absolutely stay again.

Comfortable cabin Beautiful location in the woods, with easy parking, access to trails, and privacy. Deer everywhere! My elderly parents were comfortable in the downstairs and the room, and the deck was a great gathering place for us to sit and chat. Unfortunately had to deal with the wildfire smoke from the fire in the hills to the West, but we got used to it, and it usually cleared overnight a bit!

Had a Great time. The kitchen is on the small side but made up for it by being well stocked with everything you would need and plenty of extra items you normally don't expect in a time share. The deck is amazing with a hot tub, outdoor couch, bar, loungers, large newer BBQ and outdoor dining table for 8. We were here in August and the spacious Deck was the main attraction for us. No AC but didn't need it with the celling fans in the masters and box fans in the other 2 rooms. Overall wonderful place that is well maintained and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.
