A well-stocked, comfortable house with plenty of room inside and out for gathering, eating. Perfect for young families with toddlers and doting grandparents. Walking path and river views (by walk or bike.) This house is in a quiet area where deer wandered. SHARC passes made afternoon pool time easy. Everyone loved it.

The listing was as described. House was clean, stocked with necessities. We had issues with the air conditioning which was really frustrating as it was a 100 degree day. Over the weekend we stayed the air conditioning kept shutting off and we would have to reset the circuit breaker to get it to turn back on. Owners were quick to respond between business hours and offered to send someone to look, but this was usually only a problem after 5 pm. Beds were clean but the mattresses weren’t the most comfortable for multi nights. The location was in a nice area but a bit far from all of the main sunriver amenities. Overall a decent experience but not sure I would return.

House was comfortable and cozy. Beds were comfortable, plenty of dishes to use and to cook with, there were even a good selection of spices. My kids loved the puzzles, games and bikes. We really enjoyed our stay and would have given the house a 5 star, but the house is advertised as having AC, but there isn’t AC and the photo of the dining room isn’t updated.

We go to Sunriver every Summer. It’s been a few years since we stayed with Village Properties (not for any particular reason) and there were so many things that were superior after having gone through a few others in the last few years. Truly. The customer service (we forgot an expensive item and they sent someone to pick it up for us and had it at their office for us to pick up in less than 30 minutes), the quality of the home for the price, and most importantly was the cleanliness are like nothing I have experienced . The home was the cleanest home we have ever stayed at in Sunriver by far. The past few stays with other property management companies the homes had things that weren’t cleaned that were of major concern. This home was so clean and the attention to detail by Village Properties was truly wonderful. I will be using Village Properties exclusively moving forward!

We really enjoyed our stay. The hot tub was great to have and the kitchen was well equipped. The bathrooms could use updates and maybe new mattresses on the twin beds would be nice improvements. Also maybe one or tow men appropriate bikes for the garage. Overall the house was great. Love the layout of this home! Can be all together or sneak off to your own private corner. Hot tub was great - kitchen worked out well. The bathrooms were a little outdated, but extremely clean. Deck was small but we saw a permit on the garage to maybe improve the deck? Not sure - boys loved having a hoop of their own! Property mgmt company was fantastic!! We never paid attn to property mgmt but when there is a problemt you want a good one (avoid Blue Pacific!). Loved this home!! - Michael D. from Belmont
