The location was convenient; walking distance to the village and the rec center. I love that the kitchen towels were not smelly like most other houses. My family had a relaxing time staying at this house. It was comfortable and well equipped. However the wall outlets were old and loose, also I felt like the overall lighting was pretty dark.

the house was well equipped for cooking and dining. the location close to the village was great and the house had air conditioning which was really nice since it was quite hot while we were there. It was also nice having the guest passes and VIP passes to use for activities. the house furnishings are pretty dated, and some things were broken, like the BBQ wheel so even though there was a sign asking that it be moved away from the wall we couldn't move it. I would have expected improved maintenance for the price that we paid.

This is the third or fourth time I've rented a Sunriver property through Village Properties. Like all the other times, this house was perfect. Great location close to SHARC & The Village. Clean, comfortable, and roomy. Had a blast.Little disappointed about being attracted by the advertised nightly rate of $115 on VRBO then finding out the “owner” (mostly) and other fees bumped that up close to $300 a night. We booked planning pets but ended up leaving them home. Called the property manager on day 3 (kept forgetting) to let them know we didn’t bring our pets, and they kindly refunded our pet fees. We needed a little break, and this was a perfect location. Close to the Village and SHARC, right on the path. Loved the porch swing, and the fireplace. I would really like to see a little more space to stow items we brought in the kitchen, and though it was well stocked, I would recommend bringing your own knives if you like to cook. We loved this cabin! Cozy, clean, great layout. Well furnished and great amenities. Comfy beds. Large kitchen. Walking distance to both the Village Mall and the SHARC.
