Guests traveling with EVs will appreciate the dedicated 14/50 240v 40 amp charging outlet (just bring your own cord and adapter for Tesla). And no matter the season, you’ll stay comfortable with air conditioning in the summer and a cozy gas fireplace to warm up after a day on the slopes.

The primary suite is a tranquil retreat featuring a king bed with a twin trundle bed, private en suite, and thoughtful separation from the other rooms for added privacy.

On the opposite side of the home, a second king bedroom and a third guest room with a queen bed and a twin bunk set (with new mattresses) provide restful spaces for guests of all ages.

Everything was fine but one bed was so sunken in that one guest , a 65 year old had to sleep crossways at the end of the bed .

Comfortable, clean and well furnished. A few oddities like missing detergent for both the dishwasher and laundry but overall a great experience. Bikes and ping pong in the garage were a nice touch and heavily utilized while we were there. The SHARC and river float are worth doing while you're in Sunriver.

Home itself was lovely

The home itself was lovely and the kitchen was the most well appointed of all the Airbnb’s we have stayed in. The owner was incredibly responsive to our requests and I wish I could have rated the place higher. While the house itself was great the location was a terrible due its proximity to the water and the swarms of mosquitoes. This obviously isn’t something that can be controlled by the owners but we were unable to use the hot tub, lounge on the deck, etc. We had our dogs with us and took to only taking them to go potty while covered from head to toe regardless of the temperature. To give context one day with 3, 10 minute walks resulted in 7 mosquitoes bites on my husband’s hand that had to be exposed to hold the leashes. The house really was great but not being able to be outside and our entire family being covered from head to toe in bites from the little time we had to spend outside, getting to and from the car, taking the dogs out, etc. really did detract from the experience.

Comfortable house for our family. Lots of basic food staples were in the kitchen. The mosquitoes were bad at times, so never used the spa. Be sure to take your own shampoo. No dishwasher detergent was provided, the first time I’ve seen that in 22 Airbnb stays. The dishwasher didn’t really work despite pre washing the dishes. Be aware that the passes provided don’t allow access to the marina area. That was disappointing for us when using our kayaks. The passes covered one day at SHARC so that also was disappointing, we would have gone more. We submitted receipts for a refund for SHARC entry for that one day and we were reimbursed quickly. (That’s how the passes work.)

We usually stay at places closer to the Sunriver village so this was the first time on the north side. It was so peaceful and beautiful. This place is nestled near the river and the forest. The house was also the first time we had ever rented a pet friendly house. I was a bit worried about how clean a house that had pets would be. I was pleasantly surprised. The house was clean, cozy, well stocked and was perfect for my husband and I and our two adult children. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent again. Thank you

Wow! Where to start...we booked to be here Christmas Eve -> NYE. Mother nature had other plans for us. Instead of flying to Porltand on 12/24 we were re-routed to San Francisco on 12/26. We rented a car and drove through the night. We arrived to 6 Gosling somewhere around 4 am on 12/17. Very weary the 5 of us retreated to our rooms and cozied up for a nap. The beds and whole house were so warm and welcoming. Exactly what we needed! After a good rest we spent the remainder of our time skiing @ Mt. Bachelor. It just kept SNOWING! Perfect for our Ski Trip. The house is well stocked and so nicely decorated for the holidays. We could tell a lot of though and care has been placed here. PS. We loved the game slection and had many laughs around the table.

Kate and Steven had a productive artist's retreat. Kate sketched dinosaurs and Steven wrote a short story. More, we did a little sock sliding on the expanisve hard wood, watched Jurassic Park, saw the Gingerbread House Contest down at the lodge. We saw a pack of 50+ Elk on the Meados Golf Course scavanging and digging through the 12-14 inches of snow. And we caught a meteor shoer in the hot tub-each made 9 wishes, one of them to win the GHC next winter. We loved the Chirstmas tree, and drinking cocoa by the fire. -Home Book Review

Relaxing get away, filled with fun activities for all age groups. The bicycling trails were fantastic, the river kayaking so lovely, enjoyed the deer in our yard lots of bird life.
