East Butte 19 is a charming home that is perfect for a cozy retreat. This pet-friendly rental has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a private hot tub for relaxing after a day of adventure. It is conveniently located near the Sunriver Village and Sharc aquatic center, so you can easily explore all the area has to offer.

The home has two levels with two bedrooms and two bathrooms plus a loft for additional sleeping. The downstairs bedroom features an Olympic queen bed. The upstairs has a king bedroom and an full bathroom that is also accessible from the sleeping loft. The loft includes a full sleeper sofa and a twin bed, plus the full sleeper sofa has a mattress topper for your comfort!

Really nice stay

We had a really nice stay at this property. It was comfortable and quiet. It has a great location and every walkable. I slept quite well, as did we all. It was nice to use the stove/fireplace in the living room although a lot of the heat goes straight to the second floor. The second floor does cool off quickly once the heat has been turned off/down.

Check in was simple and the house is clean and well equipped! We had 2 adults, 2 teens, 2 kids, and a dog. There was a perfect amount of space and amenities. The hot tub (also very clean) was an added bonus!

Loved this place! The owners really went out of their way to provide everything we could want. [Good] Amenities and decor. Lovely artwork, spacious, comfortable living room, lots of sports equipment, games, videos, kitchen supplies. Great location, very quiet yet close to the Village. Home instructions could be updated for a few things which were difficult to figure out.

We have stayed at a lot of different locations in SunRiver. This location is perfectly out of the way and perfectly close. The hot tub, which to us is a must in SunRiver especially at night looking up at all the stars, was one of the best we’ve been in! Mark was very responsive to all questions and needs. We would definitely stay here again.

Such an inviting living space with an amazing game room and movie selection! We had such a great time playing ping pong, basketball, and relaxing in the hot tub. Our son quickly claimed the upstairs, which was such a cool space. May have to make this a regular destination. The owners have clearly put their heart in to making this caning a home.

It was a great place, just right for two couples. Really nicely appointed kitchen, we like to cook and it was easy. Beds a little too soft for my taste, but they had a couple other firmer options with a pullout sofa and another single bed in a cubby. excellent property management company, clean house and good communication. Overall really liked it and would use it again!

It was an amazing place and wonderful stay! We very much enjoyed it but the experience wasn’t perfect. The lock malfunctioned one night and it took a while to get a response, we luckily were able to wait in the car but it was snowing/icy. The description also mentioned a wood burning fireplace and it was gas. We were a bit disappointed. Finally, the cleaning fees were much too high. Especially when we were given a number of tasks for us to clean before check-out. We would stay again, but hope they fix a few of these things.

The home was clean. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and tools and good quality pots and pans. The living room furniture is comfortable. The bedrooms are adequate. There were a few issues. The dryer was out of order so doing laundry was not an option. The downstairs bathtub filled with water when my friends were showering so that needs to be addressed. The bed in the upstairs bedroom is very soft and was rough on my back. If it had been earlier in the summer it would be impossible to sleep due to how hot it gets up there. Even with overnight temps in the high 30s, with the window open all night, with the fan on all night, the room stayed stuffy. Admittedly this was my first time renting a house (we have always stayed in hotels) so I have nothing to compare this to.

We had a great stay! The house was very comfortable, with plenty of seating in the living and dining rooms, and the 2 bedrooms/2 full baths was perfect for 4. We loved the private back deck, very nice hot tub, and lots of windows to watch the deer that came by, and even napped in the backyard one day! The owners have really thought of everything - from a great stocked kitchen to games and movies galore to dog treats. We really enjoyed the bikes and ping pong too. We will definitely be back!

Our family visits Sunriver once every summer and have stayed in many homes. This was one of our favorites. We loved the location and the layout was perfect for a family of four with the teens getting the upstairs (BR and Loft) all to themselves. Ping pong table and basketball hoop both got plenty of use!

Lots of light streaming in through newer operable windows with nice window coverings.. private hot tub area but open to be able to see nature… beds comfortable.., kitchen outdated but very functional and well equipped… didn’t use the bikes but they looked well taken care of… lots of movies and games … comfortable seating in living room … the carpet had several stains but other than that it was wonderful ….. would definitely stay again
