Look no further than 8 Eaglewood — a stylish and comfortable Sunriver retreat with beautiful golf course views. This contemporary, two-story condominium features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and air conditioning, and is ideally located on the 10th fairway of the Woodlands Golf Course.

Inside, the open-concept living space is light, bright, and welcoming, with large windows that bring in plenty of natural sunshine. Travertine flooring runs throughout the main living area, centered around a unique see-through fireplace that can be enjoyed from both the dining area and the comfortably furnished living room.

The kitchen is a true highlight, designed for both entertaining and everyday use. It features stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, maple cabinetry, and excellent lighting. Gather around the island with bar seating for drinks and appetizers, or prepare meals with ease using the fully stocked selection of small appliances, cookware, and utensils. Additional features include an Insta-Hot water dispenser, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop with adjustable burner sizes, and a warming drawer beneath the oven. The adjacent dining area seats six at a stylish table with leather chairs.

After dinner, relax in the living room with Blu-Ray movies, a flat-screen TV, and a Bose surround sound system. The home also offers Wi-Fi and Roku for streaming and staying connected.

Upstairs, you’ll find two primary suites.
The main primary bedroom features a maple platform king bed, a cozy sectional sofa, and a 46-inch flat-screen TV with 5.1 surround sound — perfect for unwinding after a day of adventures.
The second primary suite includes a 37-inch wall-mounted TV, two swivel reading chairs, and a desk, making it a great option for guests who need a quiet workspace.

Downstairs, the third bedroom offers a queen bronze metal bed and its own 32-inch swivel-mounted flat-screen TV. All bedrooms include custom-built closets with generous shelving and hanging space. Each of the three bathrooms has been tastefully updated with modern cabinetry, marble countertops, and Travertine showers.

After a full day enjoying everything Sunriver has to offer, soak in the private hot tub, fire up the BBQ on the back deck, or take advantage of the Eaglewood Pool, located just outside the front door and open June through September (weather permitting).

We had a wonderful stay at this home in Sunriver. The house had all the amenities one could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The hot tub and grill were great bonuses, plus the bikes in the summer! (Too snowy when we were visiting). The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, pots, utensils and cooking tools. We loved it!

Well appointed condo in great location. My gripes are the condo had an odor and the faucets (kitchen and a shower upstairs) smelt of mildew. Also—there was golf maintenance (?) that was very loud, before 6:00 am that was pretty brutal.

Great condo for a great price in a location that is hard to beat in Sunriver! Pleasantly surprised to have both access to the SHARC and the condo pool as well as a hot tub. Right on the golf course as well! Two primary suites and an extra bedroom downstairs works perfect for our crew. I needed quick help to find a place to stay on super short notice. Village Properties was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire experience.The condo is very nice, spacious and well appointed. The bikes in the garage were practically new. There was a small issue with the umbrella on the patio table. I requested help with it around 4pm and it was fixed by 9am the next morning. We were very happy with our stay and will look to book this for a future trip. - William L. from Kirkland
