We loved our stay here. Super close to the village, very clean and comfortable! Plenty of room for three adults and 1 child. The hot tub was great and loved the open floor plan downstairs!

Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay for our family of four. The house has a great layout with plenty of space. Location is perfect. You're near the entrance to Sunriver and less than half a mile from the Village. House also has AC which is great when it's warm. The house has plenty of bikes to use. (Though we opted to rent bikes for both our kids because one needed training wheels and the bikes didn't quite fit our oldest.) Mark & Kate were super responsive. It was easy to get in touch with them. When I had a question about the thermostat (embarrassingly, user error!), they sent someone over within 15 minutes. Also, I'd be remiss if I didn't mention that Mark & Kate were super flexible with our trip. We initially booked for August 2023 but, because of Central Oregon fires, we opted to postpone our trip. They allowed us to reschedule into Summer 2024. We really appreciate it. We will be back!

15 Coyote was very comfortable for the 4 of us. Even though we were told that the house was close to the railroad tracks we did not hear the train very much. I would highly recommend this house for your Sunriver stay.

First of all the house was so clean. My other two girlfriends said the same thing. Appliances were all up to date. The beds were comfortable. It was also quiet. We maybe heard a train or two, but it didn't bother us. My one friend didn't think the sound bar was working on the TV. We loved the house and we would stay there again. Thank You!

We loved our stay at #15 Coyote Lane. Floor plan worked well for us (3 adults, 2 kiddos), loved the clear garage and outdoor toys for our little one, wide staircase, large bathrooms, beach towels and Sharc passes. Easy walk into the village. We used the wagon once but our three year old did fine walking too! Felt warm, inviting and clean. We even extended our stay one night and our hosts responded right away when we inquired. Loved being in Sunriver and in this unit - Already looking for dates to book here again! Thank you!!

Location to mall was excellent, house well stocked with supplies, all was clean except deck furniture had bird droppings, but hose was available to clean these off. Lots of bikes, trikes, wagon. Box of lego toys in garage. Beds and furniture were comfy. Will definitely choose this house again.

We had a great time during our visit and Coyote 15 had everything we needed for our stay. My only suggestion to make it even better would be maybe some additional family seating options could be added. The couch was fine, but the two small side chairs were a little wonky and not very comfortable. But overall, we loved our stay.

This a cozy house that is well set for vacations. Nice master and two small rooms with queen beds. It was perfectly stocked with everything we needed for cooking and baking. Even a very nice spice rack! Beds were comfortable. Entire home was clean - and plenty of clean supplies. The home comes with SHARK passes that we really did not use, but it would be nice in a normal year to have them and we did use them once to pull out of the marina. There is no air-conditioning which made for some hot night during 110 degree weather - which was the only negative. It does have a gas fireplace that would nice for the winter. Walkable to the store and mall - easy bike ride to the river. Village properties was very helpful and responsive throughout our stay.
