1 Ashwood is a cozy private retreat that accommodates up to 8 guests. Upon entering the home, you’ll be welcomed by the beautiful sunlight from the floor-to-ceiling windows that invite the outdoors indoors in. The living room features oversized couches and an elevated tile fireplace, perfect for cozying up with a cup of hot cocoa. The open dining area and large kitchen island offers plenty of room for your entire party to gather around and enjoy food and drinks. Ashwood is the perfect base camp for your Sunriver adventure.

This home has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook meals. An open dining area and large kitchen island, perfect for entertaining and prepping meals. The bedrooms include a king bed in the main room, a queen in the second, and a bunk bed in the third. In the loft are books, a TV, couch, and card table. This home does not have air conditioning.

This charming two-story home is nestled amongst the pines, includes a private hot tub on the back deck, ping pong table in the garage, bikes, outdoor seating, and a BBQ. You’ll love arriving at this home and not needing to get back in the car, with its easy access to the 35+ miles of paved walking and bike trails! Ideally located just a short bike ride from your favorite Sunriver attractions, such as Sunriver Homeowners Aquatic Center, The Village at Sunriver, and Fort Rock Park. This home puts Sunriver at your fingertips to explore daily and create memories.

Comfortable furniture and beds. Nice open floor plan. Kitchen was well-equipped with dishes, utensils, pots/pans, appliances, and basic cooking supplies (e.g., olive oil). Hot tub was delightful! Location was good, close to Fort Rock Park. Doggo loved it too! Bikes not great, but we were warned.

Home was very modest and nice. Very clean, nice towels and linens, comfortable beds. A bit dated and close to main road. Overall a nice stay - probably a bit small for 2 families of 4 however. Thank you for the lovely stay!

We visit Sunriver 1-2x per year so we know what we are looking for in a rental, and this place met most if not all our needs for a family of 8. The house’s kitchen was fully stocked and since we were preparing and cooking thanksgiving dinner there we even brought a lot of our own tools/ Utensils/ baking accessories but they weren’t needed. Everything (except certain spices, a pepper mill , meat thermometer and a dishrack) were there. Enough dishes and utensils for 8 people! I would suggest adding more usable coffee Cups however - there were only 4 that were of the larger size but we managed. Beds and linens were all very comfy - the one exception was our 12yo son slept on the pullout sofa in the upstairs loft space and it was absolutely hideous - broken /Missing springs - lumpy uneven mattress -Needs replacing for sure. Hot tub was clean & 7 cruiser bikes were a nice extra for everyone! Smart TV’s in main bedrooms a plus but PLEASE replace LR TV- very outdated and fuzzy picture.

We loved our! We stayed for the week of spring break with 6 kids and everyone had enough space, and beds! The home is super close to the village and that was so great for everyone! We all had so much fun with the provided sleds, completions with the ping pong table, and my littles ones had a blast with the provided coloring supplies. They were extremely responsive and were great to work with. We will absolutely stay again! Thanks guys!
