Coyote 9 is a cute and cozy, single-level cabin, featuring two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living room provides plenty of space to relax by the fire, watch a movie, read a book, or play board games. Both bedrooms are suites, providing privacy and comfort for everyone in your group. Both queen beds have been updated with new mattresses and box springs. The dining room offers a large table for the whole family to enjoy meals together.
In the ideal location of Sunriver, 9 Coyote is walking distance to the Village, Sunriver Recreation and Aquatic Center, Local Shops, Eateries, Brewery, Bakery, and more! You’ll have plenty to do during your stay at Coyote 9. Plus, with easy access to over 35+ miles of paved bike trails, you can explore the beautiful mountain scenery in style with the bikes located in the garage. This home features a private hot tub on the deck, a BBQ, and the rental is dog friendly.

This home is near an active railroad. Trains rarely blow their whistle in Sunriver and average trips through Sunriver are 2-4 times per day.
