8 Abbot is a private 3 bedroom, 1 bath condo located 1 minute outside of the Sunriver Village. Walking distance to Sunriver Shops, Restaurants, and local activities, this condo offers Sunriver at your fingertips. Sunriver is a National Dark Sky location, so at night you will be able to star gaze right from your private patio. Quiet hours begin at 10pm- until 7am.

Sleeping up to 8, this condo is the perfect fit for smaller families and small traveling groups. The first bedroom has a king bed and the second room has a queen. There are two bunks in the third room for the kids, plus board games. Does your 4-legged family member like to travel with you? This condo is dog friendly! In the summer months, there is a swamp cooler and it will be in the living room for your comfort. On the private deck there is outdoor seating, a gas barbecue, 3 bikes so you can ride around Sunriver's finest 35+ miles of paved bike trails.

For those who love to enjoy the nightlife and partake of the local spirits, this rental is nestled just a short walk from the Sunriver Brewery, Starbucks, Local Coffee Shops, Grocery Store, Blondies, Marcello’s Restaurant, El Caporals Mexican Restaurant, Village Bar and Grill, and many of the local shops.

After a long day of venturing around Central Oregon, head over to the Sunriver Brewery and enjoy the best craft beer in Sunriver. Abbot 8 is the perfect place to enjoy Sunriver and beyond.

It was our fourth stay in Sunriver. This location was the best so far. So close to the village with all the entertainment and restaurants. We were worried about the night time, but it was perfectly quiet after 10pm. Reimbursement for SHARK is also a very nice benefit.
