6 Big leaf is the absolute perfect private vacation home! This two-story, air-conditioned home includes four bedrooms and three full baths. The primary suite is located downstairs with a queen bed. The three additional bedrooms are located upstairs. Perfect for multigeneration families. Two rooms each include a queen bed, and one room has two sets of twin bunks.
Great for enjoying the quiet surroundings Sunriver has to offer. Located close to the Fairways of the Woodlands Golf Course, a short distance to Fort Rock Park and a bike ride to the Sunriver Marketplace. Vacationing on Big Leaf Lane offers easy access in and out of Sunriver and around the community. Big Leaf has access to 35+ miles of paved walking/bike paths. Pet friendly and complete with many different entertainment options; from high-definition cable, to DVD’s, Wi-Fi and a large library of books also includes 10 SHARC passes.
The large open great room includes a brand-new sectional couch, an additional seating area behind the living room to read a book or play a board game. The kitchen offers everything you need to cook meals and the dining area has plenty of space for a large group of 10. Additionally, you will find outdoor seating available on the back deck, with a BBQ and private hot tub.

Hello Jennifer - I am happy to know that you enjoyed your vacation. I have placed a service ticket to get the screens fixed. Sorry that you couldn't use the fresh air without the fly's! We have also set up an appointment with the owner to address the inside of the unit. Along with the Hot Tub company, I had a conversation with their front desk team and they should not be going to the house to service the tub, unless the unit is vacant. Hello Lindsey - Thank you for your review. I hope that you enjoyed the house and the outside area with the bike paths and parks. I'm sorry that you could not put in or out at the Marina. Unforturnaley, Sunriver Home Owners Association changed those rules in late 2018 to private and only for home owners. We are not happy with this either and want to extend our apologizes. The best place to put out your floats or watercraft is at the Harper Bridge. I hope that this doesn't stop you from coming back to Sunriver and Village Properties!
