Lynx 3 is the perfect vacation home. It is ideally located within walking distance to the Sunriver Village Mall, Eateries, and aquatic center. With access to 35+ miles of paved bike trails, this home is perfect for adventurers looking to explore the area and beyond.

Inside, you’ll find a gourmet kitchen fully equipped with everything you need to make home-cooked meals. Cozy up with your family and turn on the electric fireplace in the living room while you watch a movie on the flat screen TV.
The dining room features seating for 8, with additional seating available at the bar. Upstairs, you’ll find a queen bedroom with a bathroom, downstairs you’ll find the second bedroom with two twin bunk beds and a desk for remote work. There’s also a third bedroom with a queen bed and a second bathroom downstairs.
For entertainment, the family game room includes shuffleboard, a giant connect four game, foosball, and additional games for endless fun. When you’re ready to unwind, step outside and lounge on the back deck or host a family cookout with the BBQ grill.

This home is near an active railroad. Trains rarely blow their whistle in Sunriver and average trips through Sunriver are 2-4 times per day.
