Tucked between the Deschutes River and Woodlands Golf Course, 19 Klamath is a beautifully updated two-level home offering the perfect blend of comfort, relaxation, and outdoor adventure. With room for up to 8 guests, this inviting 3-bedroom, 2-bath home is ideal for families, couples, or a small group getaway in the heart of Sunriver—just 30 minutes from Mt. Bachelor and a short drive to Bend, Oregon.

From the moment you walk in, you'll feel at home. Vaulted ceilings and natural light create an open, airy feel, while new leather furnishings, a cozy gas fireplace framed in natural stone, and a large flat-screen TV make the living room the perfect place to gather and unwind after a day of exploring Central Oregon.

Our family of six and 2 dogs enjoyed our stay. It was very dog friendly even offering food bowls, toys, treat and dog linens. We liked the quiet location and yet the easy access to all the Sun River amenities. We would definitely enjoy staying at this home again.

We stayed a week at this well appointed and comfortable home with all the customary amenities, plus a whole next level of attention to the details by the property management company. It provided a week’s worth of the items that are a nuisance to go and buy, such as paper towels, soaps, trash bags etc. It also provided a well maintained bike for each guest, ping pong table and dog amenities (the pet fee was reasonable. ). The house was spotless and had updated counters, fixtures and furnishings. The fireplace/furnace thermostat integration could be improved to require less adjustment. The privacy is pretty good for the area, the hot tub is great, and the location abuts the walking/biking trail. We would happily stay again. 5 stars for a nice Sun River house for two plus couples or a smaller group.

Place was as expected and we had a great time. Had trouble with provided door code and hosts did not respond until next morning, via app, no phone call. We were able to get in with the help of the after hours staff who were able to unlock remotely. Great stay otherwise, thank you

Loved our stay!! So much to do in the Sunriver area. Kids had a blast! Property is in a great location. House is very comfortable and we would highly recommend it to other families. We did a waterfall hike nearby, putting course, SHARC, family fun float at the marina, Sunriver Brewing.

House was great for a long weekend with family friends! Very clean with nice amenities. The hot tub and ping pong table were fun to have and kept us all entertained when we weren’t playing in the snow. We had an issue with the dishwasher and the Wi-Fi. When we reached out they were very quick to have someone come look at the leaking dishwasher, but weren’t helpful with getting the Wifi fixed which was disappointing as two of us had planned to work some while staying.

Rebecca, we are so glad that you had a wonderful time at our Klamath home despite a few hiccups with the internet. We do have a new dishwasher coming for this home, and internet is getting repaired we appreciate you bringing these items to our attention. We are glad you had fun playing ping pong with the family and a relaxing dip in the hot tub. We do hope to have you back out again. -Village Properties at Sunriver Staff
