We stayed for 3 nights just prior to Christmas. The home is very comfortable, roomy, with everything you need for a great stay. The kitchen is well equipped.. just bring your own coffee and spices, food of course! There is a great fireplace with ample wood to burn. We needed to go out for matches/firestarter, but nothing else! When we suggested that these items would be appreciated by future visitors, Mark and Kate were ready to correct this! Great stay!

We originally booked another home and needed to move due to bed height. In addition my husband just had back surgery, with a restriction for no bending, twisting, lifting, etc. and that bed would not work. Tracy was AMAZING, and ended up putting us in Shadow 1. We had stayed in many times when our sons were younger! It was such a pleasant stay, with many fun memories, especially since we were here for a family reunion where we had too many people for the houses. My 88 yr old mom had a serious fall and had been in trauma unit. Since we didn't know if she would live, the ENTIRE family came!!! Thank you for making such a difference at such a difficult time!! We'll be back soon!

Nice but needs work

Quiet location with very little traffic. Nice multi-level deck. Everything you need in the kitchen. A bathroom attached to every bedroom plus another powder room Really needs a facelift inside. Dingy and very dated. New carpeting and paint would go a long way

Wonderful, quiet spot in Sunriver!

The home is set about 10 minutes from Sunriver Village, on a very quiet street. We loved the layout for the most part. However, it was difficult to keep the downstairs guests warm when the upstairs would get hot, which is where the thermostat was. The wood fireplace was one of our favorite things, as well as the hot tub. Very nice that wood was provided even though we had brought some from home just in case. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans and appliances, but definitely bring any oils and extra spices for cooking. Beds were comfortable. Overall, the entire home was very clean. We loved the main living space being upstairs as it felt like you were in the trees. My birthday wish for some snow came true on our last morning and it was a beautiful sight out of the large windows! We had a wonderful time and would definitely return to this home! The home is quite dated and could use an update. But it almost feels like you're coming home to Grandma's house, which is nice. The furniture set up in the living room was awkward, as well as the placement of furniture in the other rooms. Regulating temperature between upstairs and downstairs so everyone was comfortable was difficult.

Great Relaxing Stay

Stayed in #1 Shadow Lane to attend a dear friend’s wedding, enjoyed time with family, plus kayaking on the river & Elk Lake & Resort & biking Sunriver paths! We have enjoyed Sunriver for many ski seasons, holidays & summer adventures! We were greeted with fabulous AC on this 91 degree arrival day. Love the North area as it is quiet & the house & the layout was perfect for this trip. The house has a great layout & well stocked. We had five staying in the home & it was quiet for all & the 3.5 bathrooms was great too. Nice family room on the lower level, great spacious upper living area with nice natural lighting, two really spacious decks, BBQ & hot tub. The Shark Plus cards provide access to the SROA marina area where we launched our kayaks & had family pick us up at the Sunriver water craft take out. You can arrange & pay for the shuttle pickup if desired. We like the close access to the trail by circle 7 to Benham Falls & Lava Lands area plus the kayak, canoe, raft & SUP take out area. Kitchen was well stocked, house was clean & linens nice. Bed’s slept comfortably! Would stay again & staff at Village Properties is great to work with!
