Serene escape! Coffee on the back porch was a treat, two days in a row, I was visited by locally roaming deer. The house had every kitchen and bathroom, need. I would most heartily recommend this location, if Sunriver is in your plans.

Very comfortable home, great hot tub, peaceful location in Sunriver, 30min from Bachelor. We used the bikes in the garage to cycle around. The bike shop at the village was ready to put air in the tires as needed. Great stay.

Great home!! My husband and I had his elderly parents with us so I called Village Properties to see if the house was available a little early - they were wonderful! Friendly and very responsive!! The house was perfect We loved the layout. Having a master upstairs with the main floor worked great for my husbands parents. It snowed during our stay and it was SO nice that Village Properties had ice melt and a snow shovel already by our front door!! Felt so nice to be taken care of! The hot tub was nice and private, very clean and wonderful to enjoy while it was chilly outside. Then we warmed up by the wood fireplace upstairs. Loved it! Not too far from the Village either. Less than a ten minute drive. Overall wonderful stay! Highly recommend. We will be back! Thanks Mark and Kate and Village Properties!

We had a wonderful stay over New Years. The kitchen was very well organized and had everything we could’ve possibly needed. Home was very clean, clutter free with clear (and helpful) instructions galore! The house is situated on a quite private lot for Sunriver, didn’t feel like anyone was on top of us. Super easy check out process. satisfaction = 100%

We used to stay at this property regularly when our kids were growing up. Loved the location and how well-stocked the property is. It has been many years since we stayed there and we were not disappointed. The house was spotless and well-stocked. We had a glitch with a clogged toilet and the repairman arrived within minutes of our call to VP and promptly fixed the problem. Now that our kids are grown, we are talking about making this an annual family retreat. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had a great stay at Red Alder 1. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and the hot tub was a hit. We had a lot of deer company which the kids enjoyed!We will definitely rent this house again. The street was very quiet and the location was perfect. This home was a perfect place to retreat and relax for several days after a cross country road trip. The house is perfect for a family, or a single couple as we were. Kitchen is well stocked with all the necessities for cooking up and serving great meals. The house was super clean for our arrival, and had plenty of towels - and the washer/dryer helped keep us fresh. The hot tub was *fantastic* and lovely to relax in at any time of day (or night). Plenty of walking/running trails tangling through the community; two fantastic markets for anything you need. Close proximity to Bend and Mt. Bachelor, beautiful forests and historical sites. This home is so clean, spacious and inviting! There are several bikes in the garage of different sizes and the hot tub was such a great bonus to have! We have no complaints for this home. The two living room spaces were great to spread out. Two bedrooms downstairs, one with outdoor access to the back deck/hot tub which was nice. The decks are so lovely to sit out on and for the kiddos to have space to move around and play. The home is a end unit so no neighbors on one side, lots of deer friends to see! I did notice the garbage disposal smelled upon our arrival, but quickly went away when I turned the water on. Didn't effect anything. This home is a Sunriver win! - Kelsey B. from Battle Ground

Red Alder is in a quiet location with lots of deer walking through the property. We enjoyed the shady deck on both levels, and the AC was especially nice.It is a perfect layout for 2 couples to have their own space with the downstairs having its own deck and entry. - Olivia G. from Hillsboro
