Welcome to the cabin in the woods. 16 Modoc is a comfortable 3-bedroom 2 bath cabin located on the North end of Sunriver nestled within the pines. This cabin is perfect for multi generations, including air conditioning, recent renovations in both bathrooms, a private hot tub on the back deck, and a wraparound porch.

The vaulted ceilings and numerous windows flood this cozy home with natural lighting, inviting you to come together and escape from your every day in this peaceful retreat. The living room provides cable TV and ample seating so you and the family can cozy up and watch a movie after a long day of exploring Sunriver and Beyond. At dinnertime, the chef in your group can take center stage from the well-stocked kitchen newly upgraded with brand new appliances. The dining room can comfortably seat up to 6. The cottonwood grocery store is located .6 of a mile from this cabin.
When it’s time to rest for the evening the loft primary ensuite encompasses the entire second floor of this home and is filled with all the retreat conveniences you’d expect. An exceptionally inviting king size bed, a view from the bench seat windows looking out towards the pines and ensuite bathroom.
The rest of your party will love the bunk room with sleeping for 4 and a third private bedroom with a queen bed. Also located downstairs is the washer and dryer, and a second bathroom.
By day, you’ll love sipping your morning beverage from this covered wrap around porch that accommodates multiple seating arrangements. By night, you’ll find yourselves gravitating to the partially sunken, private hot tub perfect for star gazing!
Regardless of your reason for coming to Sunriver, 16 Modoc is sure to be your new favorite place to vacation.
This home is near an active railroad. Trains rarely blow their whistle in Sunriver and average trips through Sunriver are 2-4 times per day.
