SUMMARY:Yoga and Sound Healing
DESCRIPTION:  \nJoin the Sunriver Resort for a guided sound healing and restorative yoga workshop. You will be led through relaxing\, renewing and rejuvenating experiences using sound\, yoga props and blankets to soothe body and mind. Benefit from the many health advantages of restorative yoga and experience deep meditation\, relaxation\, renewal and resonance of the crystal bowls. The sacred sounds produce a powerful tool to clear\, shift and attune your luminous energy body. This experience will be taught by Kat Gregory\, E-RYT and Advanced Relax and Renew® Certified Trainer\, Ayurveda Health Counselor and Ezra Alya by Sirah Kreitzer\, Sound Healer. \nYoga Props are provided\, bring your favorite blanket if you wish. Please wear comfortable clothing\, including socks. \nLocated in the Fireside Room adjacent to the Great Hall (Sunriver Resort). Please note that this class requires a minimum of 10 participants. If the minimum is not met\, the class will be canceled and refunds will be issued. Class requires a 48-hour cancellation notice in order to receive a full refund.
