Chris is a proud maintenance professional who’s been working in property maintenance since 2018. His career has given him experience in a variety of locations and focuses, including 2 years in a supervisory role overseeing coastal operations and maintaining vacation and residential properties since starting with Village Properties in 2020. Skilled in preventive maintenance, repairs, team coordination, and ensuring high property standards, we are thankful to have someone as dedicated and caring at the helm of our Vacation Rental Maintenance department.
