Very nice home

My rating is more for the property management company then the home itself. As an owner you entrust your home to be properly managed and I feel this owner is getting short changed. Initially I booked another home through this company only to be mislead with it’s location. Upon calling to change homes to be actually located in Sunriver they were accommodating even though the new house chosen (this one) was less money than my original rental they did a straight across switch, which I just let go. Now lets talk about this home, it is very nice, the location is great. It has minimal extras like spices, etc. and the couches are outdated. But overall my only complaint about the house is that its in need a being bombed for spiders because they were everywhere. I could tell the cleaning wasn’t being done thoroughly either because upon moving the kleenex box that was sitting on the bathroom counter I found a very large spider with an equally large sack of babies. This home states it has a BBQ, in most places I’ve rented that meant they provided propane as well. Upon arrival in the evening I’m preparing to BBQ dinner only to find out there is no propane. It’s after 5 at this point so the office is closed. I did call and leave a message letting them know but decided we would just go get propane ourselves. Turns out this particular BBQ is not a universal fit to propane bottles so it didn’t work. I did try the after hours number only to find that nobody answered nor called back. While my issue wasn’t exactly an emergency and acknowledgment that I called would have been nice. I was very disappointed with this property management company and their lack of communication. The next morning I never received a phone call, I had to reach out again to get someone over to look at the BBQ. Never did get any contact from the office. This shouldn’t reflect upon this home but due to the fact the owners have it with this property management company I will probably not stay here again.
