Missed Potential

I noticed comments from 2020 about the hard bed, water logged hot tub cover, and super tiny TV and they are all still issues. I had to sleep on the couch since the bed was so hard. TV is not a modern smart TV so unable to stream anything. Jets in the hot tub are clogged and should work if cleaned. Couldn’t access the hot tub completely due to heavy, water logged lid. These issues have gone on for 3 years! Inexpensive to fix and I’m not sure why it has t been done yet. I run Airbnbs and beds are important! The 5-inch spring mattress is long past its life and shouldn’t be in a vacation rental. Spend a few hundred dollars on Amazon and the place will receive 5 stars over and over.
